The best customer service and repair business I have ever dealt with in my whole life. It was a long process since the damage was substantial, but the car was showroom beautiful when I picked it up.

Su and her team are great! Clean and professional office! Very accommodating and kept communications with me through out the whole process. They treat every customer like their own family and made sure all my concerns were answered. They even finish before the due date!! I will always go to their shop for any auto needs! This was the most painless experience ever! Su, Josh, and the whole team at Royal is amazing. My vehicle had some damage to it so I submitted an insurance claim and brought it to Royal to have the work completed. They set me up with a rental through my insurance, kept me updated every step of the way as they communicated with my insurance company to complete the necessary work to my car, gave me an expected completion date which was exact, and their paint work is 10/10. They treat the customer like family and that’s how the customer should be treated.

Su, Josh and team were fantastic. From schedule flexibility and an urgency to match mine, to punctuality and quality, Royal passed with flying colors. I’m extremely picky, and our 3 year old SUV is a pearl white that has never spent a night outside. So Royal had a high level of quality to meet. I don’t say this easily - it’s like the damage never happened; including a deep gouge on the tiny corner of the fender flare. The color is excellent, the finish is factory and the reassembly was perfect - body lines are dead on. I would strongly recommend Royal.

While at work someone swiped the left side of my Nissan Rouge. After seeing all the great reviews for Royal Automotive I decided to go with them for my repairs. THEY WERE GREAT! From the start everyone was very friendly. Su helped me out and explained everything that was going to be done. They constantly kept me in the loop and were just fantastic. I've only been in the neighborhood for about two years and was looking for an honest mechanic who is reasonable and does a great job. After doing research, I found Royal Automotive to have very high ratings. I decided to try them out. Their whole crew especially Chris and Sue, helped me out so much with my customization. They installed my wicker bill, wind splitter, and side stripes so well. They found a problem with the front passenger panel and repainted and reglossed the entire thing so that my stripe can be installed correctly. They didn't charge me any extra at all!

My car had the pleasure of having a ton of rocks get kicked up from a street cleaner and destroyed the paint on my front end down to the metal in most spots. I brought my car to Royal to have it fixed before winter and salt caused rust, and they did a fantastic job. I wanted to change out my front grill to a different style, and they had no problem installing it for me while they had the front of the car apart.
