In the month of November, we were recommended to his business (unfortunate fortune). The damage to our 2021 Bronco truck was nothing compared to the damage when it was finally picked up.
- the lights do not work the same, they are not original "there was no need to change them".
- The complete grill was changed saying that it was broken (no, it was not broken as well as the lights).
- White paint inside the truck "How did I get there?" well you As they painted over the white paint, it would have been advisable to change the

My Jeep Grand Cherokee had some scratches and dings in the back bumper, so I brought my car to Cosmetic Auto. I had such a great experience with them through the quote to picking up my car. They went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. They also left a tin of cookies and a thank you note in my car when the repairs were done. I highly recommend them!

Listen, there is good service and there is excellent, superb, above and beyond your expectations kind of service. These guys are beyond professional. They are fluent in their work. I’ve taken my car there a few times and just can’t see myself ever wanting to go somewhere else. Trust them. They are very good at what they do. Before and after pics attached. I would personally like to thank Bill (who I've know for over 15 years), Mike and the whole team at Cosmetic Auto for the awesome job they did on the repairing the hood/front fender on my daughter's 2009 Honda Civic. She doesn't have collision insurance and they went above and beyond to fix her car at a reasonable price. Only one of the headlights needed to be replaced but they sure made the other one look new! The car looks great and came back vacuumed and they even gave her a tin of butter cookies! I highly recommend Cosmetic Auto!

I took my car to Cosmetic for repairs related to an insurance claim. At first, Cosmetic did the bare minimum work to cosmetically fix my car, and unfortunately I now have to take it to my trusted mechanic to fix a $35 air-temp sensor that Cosmetic just hot-glued to my "new" bumper instead of replacing it. I would caution using Cosmetic to anyone who asks, and if you do, please make sure you have pictures or a video of your car from before Cosmetic takes the keys to work on it. I had dings and nicks on my door that I could not prove were Cosmetic's fault (Cosmetic did repair these after first telling

Came in to fix some fender and wheel damage. The person I talked to was very short but told me it was an easy job, that should take 2-3 days. I I finally got my car back after a week and a half, they kept blaming it on their tire guy.
They told me I would get a new rim but later finding out their supplier did not have it, they needed to get it refinished instead. I'm not very happy with the job as its not an exact match to the factory paint. It also looks somewhat cheap...
