For over 35 years, Reach Associates, Inc has offered numerous services to control air pollution in several industries. Below is a brief description of the projects we have been involved in. This project included the review and analyses of the problems, conceptual process design, preliminary engineering to compare alternative solutions, recommended solution and preparation of an appropriation type estimate.
With our vast expertise, we have served as head consultants and provided support services for various waste water treatment plants. This project involved treating titanium dioxide waste from a sulfate process in a 5 million gallons/day waste treatment plant. Responsibilities Included development of process flow diagrams, P&I diagrams, plant layout and equipment arrangements, complete specifications, pipe scoping diagrams and budget estimate.
Reach Associates, Inc. (Reach) prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), risk management plan and safety control devices for a construction supply firm which will produce a resin using toluene diisocyanate (TDI) to satisfy New Jersey's Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act. Reach Associates reviewed and analyzed the preliminary hazard analysis for the cleaning, stripping and painting facility at a Navy Ship Parts Control Center.
Reach Associates, Inc. (Reach) conducted lead-based paint and asbestos investigations for the United States Postal Services at over 300 locations throughout New Jersey. Full site investigations and sampling of paint and potential asbetors containing products were conducted to determine those components that contained asbestos and/r lead based paint.
Reach Associates, Inc. prepared and maintained environmental plans and records for a metal working facility in Union, N.J. Reach Associates prepared and periodically updated hazard communication and emergency response plans, prepare and submit federal and state environmental reports, ensure conformance with applicable regulations via monthly notifications to client of upcoming compliance due dates.
