Chris Frackiewicz founded ACM Consulting Corporation in 1995 after nine years of serving the environmental remediation industry.
In addition to overseeing daily operations, Chris is accountable for establishing strategic direction, improving overall performance by capitalizing on synergies among business establishments, and providing guidance on all fronts, including but not limited to sales, marketing, training, hiring, resource management, and capital investments.

Asbestos was widely used in building materials during the 20th century. In the 1970's researchers found it to be a serious health risk which can lead to several lung conditions. Asbestos must be properly tested. The abatement process must follow strict regulations and processes. Mold spores can grow just about anywhere.
Mold can be prevalent in buildings as the fungi colonize in building materials. High amounts of interior mold airborne spores can lead to a variety of health issues. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) states humidity levels should be maintained between 30% to 50% to inhibit mold growth. To determine the number of airborne spores, air samples must be taken.
