The LSRP will review archived files at the NJDEP, perform a site visit, interview current and past owners and obtain historical information necessary to formulate a cost effective and efficient work plan.

I hired "Tank Solutions - T. Slack Environmental" to do a tank inspection / sweep of a home I am buying in NJ, and I was very disappointed with their service.
Considering their fee of $250, I was a disappointed that the inspector was there for no more than 20 minutes. Plus they tacked on taxes (making the total cost $267), which was a first from inspectors that I've hired.
As the tank inspector was about to run off the property, I caught him and asked how the inspection went, to which he confirmed there was no oil tank or evidence of previous oil tank in the basement, and no metal detected in
