A fully integrated health and fitness center sets the stage for a comprehensive, medically integrated environment focused on your total well-being, ranging from day-to-day health maintenance to weight loss programs and special medical and clinical programs.

In order to better serve you, we have implemented a real-time center occupancy tracker, so that you know how full the facility is prior to your visit. Our indoor Aquatic Centers feature McHenry County's best indoor pools - including warm water therapy pools, lap lanes, zero-depth pools, play features for children, whirlpools and spa pools. Our experienced Water Safety Instructors are trained by the American Red Cross to work with children of all ages and are certified lifeguards.

Critical: Communication
I have been told multiple times that my account has been canceled since august and it’s now November and I’m still struggling to get these changes removed. Accounts management is never in their office for some reason so it makes it virtually impossible to have any sort of resolution.

Way way unprofessional. Management never answers the phone or returns our calls. The inside pool for 3 to 6 years old is close. Must be 12 years or older to be there. What a joke, they should have life guards on duty for the inside pool. Change the policy. If parents are present. They should be responsible for taking care of our kids. I don’t think a 12 year old will be using a little kids pool. What a waste of pool time for little kids who are cold. The outside pool has 8 lifeguards on duty on a cold rainy day and the inside pool has 0. Corporate should take a closer look at this fitness center

I can't express enough my gratitude to ALL the staff, absolutely amazing wonderful people ❤, I know I was a bear in recovery and they all took it in stride. I think they all knew the old lion needs to roar, as I said so kind just can't help but love them all.
I have been around the block in my 67 years when in comes to surgery and different hospitals, gotta tell you not going to do any better than northwestern hospital Huntley!!!
P.S. recovery room staff please excuse me.

A couple weeks ago we received a letter about raising monthly fees. After call they said it was mistaken sends to us.
Yesterday we got charged way over.
After call nobody remember that call about mistaken letter to us.
Definitely unprofessional and don’t even one star rate.
Btw we don’t go there since COVID-19 start and still getting charged every month.
Who can exercise with masks on? I’m not!

Ever want to be charged for a service you didn’t (and can’t) use during a global pandemic? This is the place for you! When asking for clarification, expect them to not care that they sent notifications to an obsolete address and then have Deborah Kerr, Member Services Manager, say she called twice...but when called out on it she says she was dialing the wrong area code. Makes perfect sense. What was once an asset to the community will be an obsolete eyesore sooner than later with the way they treat customers and members.
