Body Weight Training is the use of your body as the gym. Too often people will spend their time working on increasing their arms or chest or decreasing their waistline or legs. It is very important to understand that you cannot have a flat stomach or a well-defined mid-section without this step.

What the Heck are Fitness Ropes? Voted the best new cardio tool in by Men's Health, this workout is definitely something you have to experience to believe! The fitness ropes (which vary in length from 30 to 60 feet and 14 to 56 pounds at E.W. Training) are anchored to the floor with hardware and a ring that let's the ropes slide through to the middle and be gripped at both ends.
Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic moves targeting almost every aspect of fitness - endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance. At E.W. Training, we incorporate kettlebells into almost all of our workout sessions. What is a Kettlebell? Kettlebells are cast iron weights, ranging from 5 lbs to over 100 lbs, shaped like a ball with a handle for easy gripping.

My last workout was a long time ago because I have since moved. But I cannot forget how friendly, helpful, and caring everyone was when I was there. No where else will you get the personal attention. Nor will you experience such amazing workouts. Group workouts are so important because they help you bond with others going through the same experience. Michelle is fantastic. She works incredibly hard to ensure the workouts are always challenging.
