I've been wearing glasses for about 30 years and gone to many optometrist offices but this one was such a large and welcoming office. From the moment you enter to your pre exam questions, to seeing the doctor, everyone was extremely polite caring and considerate. I was even able to pick out some frames then and there. Definitely returning and recommending to everyone!

I have no idea what has happened to Brand Optometry, but after 20 plus years as a client, I can declare that this business is not what it used to be and I am no longer happy or satisfied with their service. First off, a couple of months ago, I called to check prices on lenses for frames that I already had (I purchased those frames from Brand Optometry years ago). During my inquiry, when three different prices were presented, I asked about a coating and stated that Costco provides that same coating for much less, the girl on the other end of the phone immediately copped an attitude and stated,

Let me tell you - this place is one of the best places i ever been to have my eye exam and contact lens prescription. Whole experience was smooth and pleasant. From giving me an appointment over the phone in such polite manner to front desk paper processing, to optometrist assistant to the doctor itself, everything so professional. And my biggest thanks to Dr Bruce Hornstein, who is very caring, attentive, knowledgeable. I felt in such good hands. I had some history of eye problems and he spent time go over it and assessed current situation throughout, and it wasnt like 15 -20 min rushed eye exam

We had an urgent situation where my sons eye was in need of examining. I called their office at an hour before closing and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. I want to thank all of them especially Hilda for giving us an appointment same day. Thanks to them we were able to have a peace of mind that night knowing what was wrong. I called several other places however, no one was willing to see us.

I have been admiring the bright and beautiful window displays of Brand Optometry for many years, but only recently I've become a client/patient.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly, the overall ambiance and interior decorations are sophisticated and fun. This place has an amazing selection of frames for every taste, from very extravagant ones to classic conservative frames.
When I have asked for some adjustment to my new glasses, everything was done in a very timely manner, without a single issue. I am very happy with my eye exam, new frames and lenses. Would definitely recommend this

I was in dire need of new contacts and an eye exam. Not only was I able to park right in the front, Dr.Hornstein and his staff went above and beyond with their customer service, making me feel welcomed as a new patient. So happy I found this place. I had a positive encounter with everyone I interacted with, very polite. The office was well kept, organized, and clean! Dr. D’Janbatian was professional and timely, set me up with a new pair of contacts since I had ran out, and helped set up a timely delivery of more contacts (arrived in a week!). I love doctor Ida, have been coming here for over 23 years even though I no longer live or work at Glendale I am a loyal patient because I feel she cares for her patients. The employees are caring and honest and the one time I had an issue with my glasses they took care of my issue.

I recently had my first visit to Brand Optometry and I have to say it was a great one! My 5 year old daughter and I were seen by Dr. Kochkarian and he was very friendly and patient. From the time we walked in we were greeted and everyone was so kind! Ani, Serly, Rimy and Talin also assisted us and they were all very helpful and friendly! Often times I’ve gone to doctors offices where people working seem so unhappy and treat their customers very poorly; this was definitely not the case here. Everyone was so nice and seemed happy to be working. Thank you all for providing such great customer service
