After speaking with the office staff about an unskilled worker they explained we were making things up and would be without service if we brought up more complaints. The man was aggressive and did not take proper care of the patient, leaving him to walk alone while doing his own fitness routine outside. This is a patient with a very high fall risk. Completely ignoring our complaint, they sent him back the following week. After asking him personally if he had enough experience to work with a harder than average case (terminally ill patient), he aggressively stood up, started yelling at the family

Nurses are great. Office staff is horrible. They don't tell you when they are sending someone to your house. They are extremely inappropriate.I told someone with a heavy Russian accent that I could not understand them. They accused me of harassment !!! (?) They force you to leave a message but never return them. People out in the field are very nice. Office staff is horrible.
