Services
A great building starts with a great foundation. Cedna can expertly design your new home or building foundation for you, offering both pile and slab-on-grade foundation designs. We typically begin with a soil analysis for your building site. After receiving the soil report and building plans, foundation design begins.
ICC-Certified Inspectors must go through comprehensive testing and continuing education in order to be certified. In addition, all our inspectors have a minimum of 10 years of building inspecting. We do this to verify that what was designed is what gets built.
Not only are we approved by the Texas Department of Insurance for Windstorm Engineering and Inspections, we are also certified in post tension foundations, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and energy inspections.We are there through all phases of construction. Awesome group to work with, have helped us along our way to the completion of our dream home. Good price for the services provided, responsive and always will to help. As a self builder, even though I am a licensed real estate inspector, we could not have done this without their assistance.
We still have a ways to go to finish the home, but we know pairing with Julio and Tom at Cedna Engineering in Angleton was a very smart move. We are slowly transforming a 2 acre field into a field of dreams.
