Ken is a grumpy man who thinks it is okay to charge high prices for small jobs. After he quoted me $195 for a 30 min faucet replacement, I told him no thanks and let him know the estimate provided by Home Advisor was $60 less. He told me “you don’t know what a fair price is”. Since there was no real plumbing required, I did the job myself and saved myself the $200!
