I had hired the company to do yearly maintenance/cleaning. They were very professional. However when they clean my system it made a strange high pitch noise when they were done. The young man who did the service came back two other times and couldn't figure out what it was for noise. By now I was extremely annoyed. So I had a relative come and look. There were two problems one had nothing to do with noise and he fixed it. Second one he new exactly what it was just walking into house and hearing it run. High pitch whine. Previous provider who installed HVAC system 14 yrs ago was very good but they went out of business. Interim provider (1 heating season) did next to nothing. Called Quail and scheduled annual maintenance visit. The tech was very thorough, courteous, and competent. Even corrected previous new switch installed upside down. Drained hot water heater and installed new humidifier filters. Tested system. Tech arrived on time and called ahead when on his way as promised. I couldn't believe all the 5 star reviews but Quail definitely delivered. Price was reasonable, and well worth it as they did a great
