Please reconsider bringing your love one here. The fifth floor is beautiful but that is it. We brought my mother here on Dec 21 for care on the 5th floor. For four days no one could give us a strait answer on where her covering doctor was and when we finally got a answer the orginial doctor never told the doctor covering or nurse practitioner that my mom was her patient. It resulted in my mother getting dehydrated and was sent back to hospital for Parasitus and a skin rash due to their negligence. So we couldnt see her. She was sent back on Jan 5th where then they put her on the 4th floor which

My grandma is leaving the facility tomorrow. While she was here everyone was very alert and attentive. Whenever anyone walked in the door they had a smile on their face and was eager to help. The facility is clean and homey. The therapists were kind and beyond helpful. Her time here was more than expected leaving her at night I knew she was in good hands to take care of her :)

Before you or your loved one chooses this facility I suggest that you personally tour the building. Ask to see EVERY FLOOR. Ascertain in advance to which floor your loved one will be assigned. The Fifth Floor is beautiful. The cardiac rehab was done by skilled therapists.
I received a response from owner. Notice "the owner" did not mention his/her name. The situation is a "bait and switch". The photo on the website shows the beautifully renovated 5th floor. No mention is made that patients might be on a floor that has not been renovated and is dingy and looked dirty. My advice still stands. Before

I have tried to call a loved one who is here for over a week without getting through. On the rare occasions when someone- an apathetic sounding I have no time for you type- actually answers, I am transferred to my loved one's room and there is never a response. I tried calling the nurses station: no response. I tried calling the supervisor- no response. When I finally got through, my loved one reported that basic sanitation was lacking- NO HAND SANITIZER!- the food sub par, dietary requests ignored, nursing response time an hour or more- the nurses do their best but they are woefully, woefully

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! My mom spent one week at Morristown Post Acute after a fall and due to the neglect here then spent 10 days in the hospital and 2 weeks at another rehab facility. Mom was left in bed for a week where therapy consisted of standing at her bedside for 60-90 seconds at a time and the ‘medical doctor’ completely missed double pulmonary emboli that put her in the hospital for 10 days before going to Atlantic Rehab Institute which saved her! The personal care from the aides was terrible and the food unhealthy to say the least. If you are considering this facility DON’T

I’m a former patient and still am now trying to put my experiences at this place into any reasonable perspective. I broke my hip, after my operation, I was taken to this rehab facility. What a nightmare that was,I called my caregiver for help constantly during my stay there.when I was there I was down to 73 pounds and I’m 5’8”. I was supposed to be there to gain weight.the treatment, psychological breakdown of me personally was a nightmare, the staff would make fun of my deafness, roll their eyes when I failed to understand what they were saying! I continually told the because of the masks

I just wanted to share what a great care experience my father had at this facility. His nurses, the PT staff, etc.. were extremely attentive, patient and just made with him feel so comfortable. We want to specifically acknowledge Charles, one of the nurses, who was so good with my father and our family. Thank you again all for caring for him and getting him back on his feet, we really appreciate it!

My mom spent a month there at Post Acute - just released last week. I'm so thankful that she went there. The 5th floor has been completely renovated since this last time she was there years ago - has the feel of a hotel room, very clean and warm. But most of all, the staff - they were all so caring and nurturing. All of the nurses, doctors, therapists and other staff on the floor made extra effort to get my mom back in shape. I was amazed how quickly they got her health and strength back. Yisroel as the customer satisfaction manager for the floor really takes his job seriously - it made a big difference

Beware. Never put a loved one in Morristown Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. This place was entrusted with my father’s care. They were anything but caring. The nursing staff was rude and confrontational. The social worker would never return calls. Trying to find anyone to answer my questions was beyond frustrating. My father arrived in stable condition. After a few days, they were already discussing a plan to send him home. However, on Sunday morning, the 6th day in their care, he complained he wasn’t feeling well. His complains were ignored. The staff blew off my concerns. That

The reviews for this facility should be separated into 2 categories. One for the rehab portion and a separate one for the nursing home portion so people won’t be fooled by the high star rating. My father lived at this place for a little over 3 years and I wouldn’t want anyone to make the same mistake my family and I did by letting him stay there. My Dad suffered from Dementia which was our reason he required around the clock care. Being on Medicaid doesn’t leave you many options for places for him to stay. My Dad recently passed away due to causes unrelated to dementia and I can say that
