If I can give this place negative stars I would. My uncle came here and ended up worse losing 10lbs almost in a week. The room mate and even their own employees told on others that they don’t try to feed the patients or if they’re not hungry they just throw away the food in a few minutes don’t even attempt to see if they want it later. The goals are bs literally did zero ZERO rehab exercise with my uncle and said his arms don’t work at all. Well his arms worked fine every time we were there. Place is a dump and never has a doctor or even an RN or supervisor around. Impossible to get anybody

This place was rated 5 stars maybe -5!!! If you are in need of help from the Social Workers you can forget it. I've been a resident for 5 months and the only thing keeping me here is Physical Therapy. The ceiling leaks on residents, the residents are mistreated by staff not by all they're are some really good staff here, but some are horrible. I will never refer anyone young or old to this facility. Just waiting to finish my therapy and then I'm gone.

Puts my aunt in a horrifying, disgusting room against a filthy wall . Sends her off to dialysis buck naked with nothing on underneath her thin zipper sweatshirt in below freezing weather. They accidentally
exposed her trying to get to her arm because who would think she's be naked underneath. Does not give her the numbing cream that has to be used an hour prior. The RN calling the dialysis center asks why they are " sending a half dead woman out for dialysis" is inhumane. She can recover from her health issues if Morris Views lack of basic care doesn't kill her first. Unfortunately, she has picked

In December 2019 my leg was amputated. After being in Kessler for 6 months Morristown Memorial sent me here. I have had no therapy, my wound is still open the CNA'S are no help whatsoever on top of not speaking English, extremely nasty and sit on their phones the entire shift or sleep. The food is uneditble. I voiced my concerns to several staff members and administration....NOTHING IS EVER DONE.

The girl & the old man who work at the front disk don’t respect the people without any reason especially if the visitor is Not American natives speaker.
I work as deliver driver and my speech to them was very obvious “I’m delivering to patient name( as shown on the label ) to 540 w hanover ave Morristown. They didn’t find the patient’s name , the problem was that the old man said to me “I don’t understand a heck a heck you are saying “ i told him me too . And the girl was laughing as she asked me to pronounce the patient’s name , i told her its as written, I don’t know how

Prior to Covid, my dad received adequate care at Morris View. However, once Covid hit, his care completely declined to the point where, as a dementia patient, medication was left out that he had access to. He took some of the medication before he realized he shouldn't do that. He gave the remaining pills to the nurse. Believing that no one would ever find out, she destroyed the remaining pills instead of using them to find out what my dad may have taken. Fortunately, I happened to call my dad before he forgot that he took the medication and gave her the remaining pills and the matter was handled

This facility gives first class care to their residents
My grandma was there for a little over a year.
She was always pleased with the Care she received
And she was not an easy person to please.
She never waited long for anything. She was always cared for, cleaned and said the food was good.
Her only complaint was they didn’t have her creamer
Ha ha but if that’s the only thing I’ll take it!!
Kudos to the entire facility for first class Care and hiring the best of the best!!
