Nearly forty years ago William A. White (Bill) started his own private law firm before his children joined him and they formed South Sound Law Group. When you are arrested for a DUI, it triggers two separate but parallel actions, both of which can have negative license consequences for you. One is a civil action by the Department of Licensing, which will automatically occur, unless the driver requests a hearing within 7 days of the date of arrest.

I highly recommend Matt and company at South South Law Group. Matt helped me with a simple speeding ticket, however I would trust him with something much more serious.
I am extremely picky with who I do business with and Matt is someone I would tell family and friends they can trust and rely on. He was extremely proactive in updating me on hearing dates and results and was fast with his responses to questions. They were very thorough in putting the case together, though it took longer than I'd have hoped since there wasn't anything they could to do speed along the process of getting the testimonials. My only disappointment is that they didn't let me know what was going on, leaving me wondering until I called them to ask; if they'd been a bit more proactive about letting me know how things were going once in a while, I'd give them a full five stars. They looked for ways to save on costs by assigning tasks to staff who billed at lower rates when appropriate as well, which I appreciated.

Highly recommend this law firm. Erin White and her team recently helped me with an infraction that I received. Not only was I impressed by their professionalism and friendliness, but they were also very efficient and reliable.
