The worst place ever. Don't go here. I just thought I would try it since it's close to home, but will never come back. It is dirty and workers are so rude, sloppy and dirty too. I had a pedicure and they don't put plastic covers on spa bin. They didn't turn on massager, but they sure do charge for it. I had to turn on myself. When lady started my pedi, I noticed she did not put cuticle removal. She just started clipping off cuticle on dry nail and it was harsh. I asked if she can put some remover on and she said she didn't need too since my nails are soft and have been

Just went today to get my nails done and a pedicure I was in a hurry since I had a tanning appointment but they insisted they had enough time to fill me in. I was very pleased with the customer service and loved how everyone was helping each other and ensuring I was done in time which I was :). My nails are a mood color changing gel and I am in love with them they are constantly changing. The pedicure was relaxing and I think my nails look great! Very sweet people who work here I will for sure be back soon

Bad, just bad. My toe nails are crooked and sloppy and my hands look like a child polished them. I wanted a gel manicure and they spent forever trying to fix their led light instead of just grabbing another. Turns out they don't even have another one. So I ended up with rushed regular polish with the sides of my nails bare. Not even filed straight. What a waste of money.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. I will never go back here again. The lady (cant cant remember her name) I had do my nails was apparently in a big hurry, because she cut my cuticle really bad. My finger wouldn't stop bleeding. I had pulled my finger back and thats when she finally slowed down. (Alcohol and glue to stop it) being a diabetic this is not good thing. When she polished my nails it was sloppy and the next day two of my nails had bubbled. I'm not even sure the instruments were cleaned properly now that o think of it. This place is a hidden Gem! Lisa and Hannah are the very best. I went in to get my lashes done and got a gel mani as well. They did sure a wonderful job. My lashes looked great and they really take their time in everything they do. I will be coming back for sure. This is my favorite nail salon in the LA area. You will not be disappointed & you cannot bet the prices.

I must say the customer service was just wonderful but i give it a 2 for these reasons: I got my eyebrows waxed and the lady burned my eyelids. There is no need to wax on eyelids to begin with!! The little hair that was there should have been plucked. Second reason is I asked for a black tip and the girl ended up putting in a dark navy blue. Yeah it's cheap but you get what you pay for.

I get my nails done on a regular basis but we just moved here so I thought I would try this place out. Horrible idea. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. The employees are rude disrespectful and should find another line of work because they can't paint nails or wax eyebrows. My one year old could have done a better job. And the worst part is how I have a huge hole in my eyebrow which the lady told me it was supposed to look like that. REALLY. I didn't even leave a tip. Which I always leave a tip. Please save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere

This was mine and my daughter's first time there. I had a gel manicure and my daughter had her eyebrows/mustache waxed by Kim. I've gotta say I have never been a fan of waxing eyebrows but she did a great job and was very gentle. As for my manicure, it's been about 3 weeks and they are still going strong. Will definitely return.

Very disappointed, I won't be back. Went in today to have my acrylic nails removed, and a manicure done. Took over an hour and my nails are crooked & uneven! The polish was painted on half clumpy, one even has a small hair stuck in it! the woman who did my nails stopped in the middle of painting them & added polish remover to the bottle. I've been getting my nails done regularly for over 15 years, so I know things don't always turn out perfect. But this was awful. I've never been told to soak my nails & fingers in a bowl of mostly nail polish remover! My fingers

I just moved to covina recently so I decided to look for a new nails salon and I wasn't disapointed with long nails.. I went for a pedi and I loved the scrub, the mask and the parrifin dip! Bronti was fantastic! My feet feel so soft and happy the price is right here, and I can't wait to come get my eyelashes done. Thank you so much for the great service! I have a new nail tech.

Today was my first time at Long Nails. I go to school nearby so I was looking for somewhere close. I came across this location on Yelp & they're work looked really good. I got a simple full set of acrylic nails coffin shaped & I will most definitely be coming back!(: the lady was really sweet & not over the edge- very genuine I can say. Last week I was out this way visiting and looked up places on Yelp so wanted to give them a try , called them for prices on lashes and kathy was very informative , prices were very fair . She is very well informed on aesthetics! The lashes were a first for me and I cannot believe how awesome and natural they look!! made an appointment and ended up showing up early and they took me in right away! Just moved to this side of covina and drove by this shop n decided to look it up on yelp. I noticed that Bronte did really nice designs so I called and they said she was available. I went I for a lil bit of everything... eyebrow threading, eyelash extensions, deluxe pedi and gel mani w designs. BRANTE WAS THA BOMB!!! she was very sweet and took her time n perfected every single service, im definitely making this my new place to get beautified!

Tried this place out for the first time today and I really liked it! Very friendly, family-owned nail salon. I got there around 6:30pm which was half an hour before closing time and regardless- they helped me. They weren't rushing to get me out of there. On the contrary, they took their time with me and made pleasant conversation! They did an awesome job! Will definitely be going back in two weeks for a fresh gel mani and pedi! I believe the gentleman that helped me was Guy and the young lady's name was Bronte!

I wanted to try this place because it was close to my house. The owner is friendly, but the service I received was low quality. I wanted to get my previous gel polish removed and receive a regular manicure. The lady that worked on me worked too quickly. Instead of waiting for the gel to soften before removing, she started scratching and using a harsh machine to remove it (it didn't even remove all the precious polish). She just ended up painting over it, leaving it looking horrible. I had to remove the polish at home and do it myself. And to top it off, they asked me to pay before my nails

I still haven't figured out how they are always packed and yet I rarely have to wait at all! The service is fantastic -- they put as much into a relatively cheap manicure and pedicure as I've gotten at more expensive salons. They're very clean and thorough. All of the technicians have stopped a few times to make sure that I'm completely happy with the way they're doing things, whether it's water temperature, nail color, size of tips for a French manicure etc. They offer a 2 week guarantee for their shellac manicures, which are fantastic! I highly recommend this salon.

Every other time someone else would do my nails they would lift, usually within a couple of days. There would be hard ridges in the acrylic between the nail and nail bed. They would routinely cut out chunks of acrylic during fills, leaving a jagged and unattractive look if you chose to do French.
One girl would routinely use the electric file so rough that my cuticles would be cut up and bloody.
