I've been going to royal nails since 2015. They renovated the store after covid. I feel safe to have my nails done there. The constantly cleaning and sanitizing. ALL of the nail techs are not just certified, they all have skills and make my nails happy every time. They put gloves on you to protect you finger getting exposure under the led. Small thing but it shows they are thoughtful and passion in what they do. It's a tough time for beauty business. Just show a little support.

I used to come to this nail shop a long time ago then I started going to another nail shop where unfortunately I continue to have bad experiences I'm so happy that I started coming back to royal nails and spa. All the girls are so friendly and this place is very sanitary I love that I don't have to explain to them exactly what I want they do the job perfectly I've been coming here for a couple months now again and I wouldn't change it for the world! Prices are amazing too

So much to say for this Nail salon. Every time I come in I am well attended and have the best service. All the staff is very welcoming and always gives me my best treatment. I go there to come out looking and feeling beautiful and of course that is always accomplished there .I have been going there for over 12 years and I will still continue to be a loyal customer because of all the amazing service, patients and best of all amazing art work. 💗👍🏼 All of them are amazing.

Very pleased with Lin. She followed all guidelines from the minute I walked in the door for appointment. The salon is very clean and organized. Each customer gets their own brand new tools being used that are in sealed in a plastic bag. After I had a manicure Lin cleaned everything really good. There was only 1 other customer in when I was there which is good during the pandemic re open. I appreciate Royal Nails and Lin.

Always a great experience. They get really busy so make sure to go early or make an appointment. During the week they have more down time, which is when I like to visit. I usually try to request Kelly she is amazing. She's very detailed and always does a great job on my gel manicure and is the best at pedicures!

I've been coming here on and off for 3.5yrs...I like the service from Kate, May and maybe one other nail tech....however what is the point in calling and making an appointment if you're going to make me wait half an hour after the appointment time?! It's not even busy. 35mins now after my appointment and still not even sitting in a chair. I agree with other reviewers the owners are rude and could careless.

Of two times and both times I had Jane do my nails. The first time was okay so I decided to go there again. The second time Jane did my nails again and OMG!! She messed up not one, not two, but FOUR of my nails. When I pointed out the mistakes she had an excuse for each mistake. She fixed three of the mistakes but left one nail all lumpy. She never once apologized instead she had an attitude. She was rushing the entire time and was busy answering the phone and booking appointments instead of focusing on me, the customer

So I've been coming here on and off for the past 20 years! Definitely a great go-to place! I remember when they were a single shop property wise! They were always jam packed with customers. It was fantastic when they expanded! They are still busy... just more room. ;)

I have been going to Royal Nails for many years and always get wonderful service. My nails still look perfect after two weeks. In addition to doing a wonderful job they are fast and work on time. If i have to travel out of town and need to have my nails done, I do so with reservation. The girls ay Royal Nails treat their customers "royally".

I always come to this nail salon. Highly recommend to call in ahead/ make an appointment to see if they have room for you because they tend to get super packed. Very big, clean and pretty salon. Workers can use some customer service training, but it's typical of most asian facilities so it's not out of the ordinary.
Jane is the best with my acrylics and I love Vivienne to do my pedicure. They accommodate to my requests. Their spa pedicures are amazing. Fairly new equipment like the message chair as they do my pedicure.

Don't come here!!!! They always leave the big toenail crooked and say it's because of how your nail is growing. Ummmm noooo, because no other nail salon leaves my nails like that. (This has happened to my mom and sister MULTIPLE TIMES) They gave a half assed massage. Also, my gel nails have bubbles on them. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

They are super nice! Ellen does a great pedicure! And May is so nice but my gel manicure started peeling before i had even had it on for a week 😕 I’ve gotten it done at other salons and it stays for 2-3 weeks before chipping or peeling. A bit disappointed. I’ll still go for my pedis but maybe I’ll think twice before sowing. So much for it to last barely a week

First of all when I make an appointment for 10:30 I expect to be taken at 10:30 I don't expect to wait over 40 minutes (I understand if it's a Saturday but come on!). This is not the first time this has happened. I ended up leaving, as did a few others and took my business elsewhere.
I've been coming here for years...OH WELL...looks as if I found myself a new nail place.
If I could give it a negative star rating I would. Ticked me off just one too many times. And the worst part of it I'm always treated horribly when I enter the place...the rest of the staff are very nice but

Terrible place, do not go here ! Came here around 3 weeks ago at 6 pm and was not helped till 630. Then, I wanted a fill and she insisted that I get a new full set. However, only one nail was broken and it really hurt when she yanked the other ones off.
The nail technician, Jane, had the nerve to tell me she wanted to go home too! And, she did because she said my new gel nails were dry when they were still wet, all my nails were ruined 5 mins after I got into the car because of her rushing me. What a waste of $35 !!! They upcharge for everything too.
Also, the owner was just lurking around

Avoid this place!!!!!!!!I honestly had the worst experience in this place. I came in with a friend not expecting to get nothing done but because I saw that my real nails under my acrylics were so long I said why not just get a nail soak off with a gel manicure.
The lady started to file down my nails and clip them from the edges and was trying to take off my nails with a nail tip to avoid doing a soak off......it hurts so bad that I told her if she couldn't do a nail soak off to please just not to do my nails at all. Update: I tried going other nail places but nothing compares to Royal. I always end up back. I had Ellen do my nails and Kim did my pedi. I was happy the way they came out 2 weeks ago and I went back yesterday. The key to not waiting long is go in early. Like they say the early bird gets the worm. I've had horrible experiences at other nail salons. Like my acrylic nails burning really bad, to having a big part of my skin on my toe cut off that it was pussing. Thankfully nothing like this happens at Royal Nail. The only thing I wish they had was a nail design lady that will be pretty cool.
