Critical: Quality
I wanted to like this place so much because the people are really nice but the person who did my nails left a lot of air bubbles on my nails and left gel paint all over my fingers :/ he charged me 50 dollars for short almond shaped nails. I was so sad, will definitely not return.

Crystal took me in last minute right b4 closing, with no appointment.Went to Greatest Nails because they were open the latest ( 9:00 pm). The best part was that my nails came out gorgeous. Thought for sure I wouldn’t like something about the last minute nail job , but that wasn’t the case.. Wasn’t sure how I wanted them shaped either , but Crystal did an excellent job and made them the shape that’s going to be my new shape forever!She was very friendly and chatted with me and made me feel comfortable, making me laugh at her jokes. And she more than proved her skills, making my set of nails

Me, my mom, and my best friend have been coming here for years. I usually request Crystal because I’m used to her , but they all do a great job with technique and service. Tam is also very gentle with pedicures, My mother loves her. Thanks for the excellent continuous service throughout the years. We will not go anywhere else.

I’ve seen this place at the mall and read all the great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment
My appointment was at 5:45 I got there at 5:30 I waited 30minutes and didn’t get serviced so I got up to walk away and they were quick to tell me to wait that I was next, so they pushed someone off a seat and sat me on the spa chair I waited there for another 30min and when I asked to see more color options they told me there was no more options just what I was given ( that was one swatch of pinks and reds) I asked again because I though maybe they were having a hard time u derstanding me and
