We have stayed here over the last few years and been very happy with the rooms and service.The reason for 5 star review.
Before covid I think we were paying around $130 a night. Booked a room in Sept 2021 and was kinda surprised the price went up to around $180 a night. Again enjoyed our stay but thinking the price was getting kinda high . I just checked room rates again for a stay next year and seeing $214 a night. Sorry to say that is just too expensive.
One thing we did not care for. We got a room with a walk in shower so my 90+ year old mother could take a shower but the toilet was low and

It was a nice, clean room with a good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay and will come again.The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I appreciated the lemon and orange water in the lobby. The view of the rolling hills from our room were beautiful and it was neat watching the Amish come down the street on Sunday morning likely heading to church in their buggies.

I want to start with the AWESOME... We got a king fireplace room and honestly the room was EXCELLENT. The highlight was the shower... it has jacuzzi jets that were INCREDIBLE... The fireplace was cozy...
The room was clearly updated...
The bad...
We stayed in room 222. The room seemed to be ABOVE the pool... The floors and walls are poorly insulated and you could hear the kids screaming and playing as if they were in the room.
The TERRIBLE...
The bed... Hands down one of the hardest beds I've ever slept on and I honestly thought it may just be part of the Amish experience... But it went another

I stayed here for four nights with my quilt guild during our quilt retreat. My room was enormous! A nice selection of amenities there, very comfy bed, large bathroom with a huge shower. Breakfast had a nice selection of items which changed daily. Coffee and tea was available all day long. On the morning of my departure my car would not start. I called AAA and was told it would be hours before they could even get to me. I went to the front desk to see if anyone could possibly give me a jumpstart. The gentleman there got on that immediately and came to my rescue. I am so very grateful for his help
