Dealers were booked out 4-6 weeks and other independent shops couldn’t or didn’t want to deal with a time consuming job like this. Kyle and his team got me in within the week and had my car repaired in a day. Top notch service!

Wonderful people! Alternator died, and they replaced it, and then there were electrical issues due to it being a Mini. Told them I'd have Mini look into the issue, and they called Mini to see what the issue was and basically got everything set up for me and gave me everything I needed to go to Mini with (issue was a part under warranty). They definitely didn't have to do that, and I REALLY appreciated the extra mile they went to help me out. Hopefully I don't have to go back, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands!

I have had work done here many times . Very honest shop . The real test for me is when they fix something I don’t find my car back at the shop for a long time and absolutely never for the same problem . When I had an older car I found that they were very good at giving advice about the over all health of the vehicle which helped always with the decision of when it is time to move on rather than keep repairing. I found the shop by just reading online reviews and when I gave them a try they sold themselves. I would highly recommend giving them a chance .

These guys are great! I stopped in to have a tire plugged. They found the nail and repaired the tire quickly and efficiently. I was on my way in no time. I would highly recommend them. The shop is clean and the technicians are very professional. The manager was great—very friendly!

Believe the hype, there is a reason for all the 5 star reviews. I can’t say enough good things about Kyle and Crew, the work they do, the product they deliver, how easy they make getting your vehicle repaired (from drop off, updates during the repair process, electronic reports, pickup, payment, etc.), and their professionalism. I have never had a mechanic that has gone to the extent of customer service and satisfaction that Essex County Auto Repair has. If you’re looking to for a new mechanic come here! I have been bringing my family’s cars to Essex County Auto for several years now. Kyle and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Kyle and his crew are amazing. Stuck in a pandemic, socially isolating and my spouse had his fuel pump go on I-495. We towed to Essex County Auto Repair then called to tell them the truck was on the way. Kyle and his crew are considerate, accommodating, and most of all honest, and that is priceless. A huge thank you to this shop as my spouse was building the new Leominster Hospital, big commute, truck needed. We highly recommend this shop.
