But this time they have gone way above and beyond by coming out to the house to do an estimate and picking up the vehicle when I couldn’t get it to them. This shop is professional, through and extremely knowledgeable. Paul and Ginger are also courteous and efficient. They answered all of my many questions and handled our claim quickly. I don’t write much on reviews but Unlimited auto body was so great, I just have to say something. I got several quotes for a deeply scratched bumper and they were the lowest. They were very friendly yet professional (I don’t understand the comment about the rude lady on the phone). They worked me into their schedule, stuck to their quote and did the work faster than quoted. Even the parking and getting in/out is easy - no fighting for parking. On top of that they gave my car an amazing detailed car wash - probably that by itself was worth $125. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Overall this shop treated me very well. I took my Toyota Rav 4 to Unlimited Auto Body after a deer accident in the front end and doors during late October. Talked to Brian and showed him what happened. He was very observant and understanding. He explained the process, and mentioned that certain insurance companies work well with the repair process (especially State Farm). It took just over 2 weeks, damaged parts were replaced mostly with OEM parts, and even did an alignment. When I got my vehicle back, I noticed the head lights were aiming too low.
