I'm the kind of person who just takes their car to the service department at their dealership because I want convenience and don't know anything about cars. But my dealership said they couldn't do a certain type of repair to my bumper. I called Kwaik from the dealer parking lot, they took my car in 10 minutes later - and gave me a quick fix for free in about 20 minutes! Wow when I took my car into Iyad it had a scratch along side the Driver's Door Handle and a scratch on the Front Passenger Door it also had a couple of scratches on the bumper! To my surprise Kwaik made my car look like a brand new vehicle inside and out! I highly recommend Kwaik Auto Body, I went to them for a small job, from the minute I stepped in the shop, you can tell that they are very customer focused. Not only did they take care of my small job, they also detailed my car, it looked like it just came out of the dealer.
The owner gets involved in every job personally and gives it his special attention. Ayad is so detailed oriented and inspects all cars prior to turning it back to the customer.

Fantastic Service with Great people!
Ive been coming to kwaik autobody for over 10 years and they never cease to amaze me with their service.
Most recently someone broke into my car through the rear passenger window in DC and I was driving out of town in two days. I called kwaik and it took them one day to order the part and was installed the next day and I was able to go on my roadtrip in MY car.
EVERYTIME I walk in the guys have a smile on their faces and it really feels like they care, gives you a small town feel.

Outstanding detail work. I just bought a used car and it looked like someone removed the orginal car dealership sticker with 80 grit sandpaper. I handed my car over so the detail could see what he could do. About an hour later, you can't even tell there was ever anything wrong with it. I am an extremely happy customer.

I would like to say how pleased I am with the work and services I received at Kwaik. This is my second time there for body and paint work on my 2018 Mazda3 Grand Touring Sedan. The team at Kwaik have been exceptional both times. I'm very very disappointed in this company. I took my car to be fixed back in January, after receiving an estimate and seeing all the extra charges like cleaning fees and Covid fees I decide not to fix my car in Kwaik body shop, I feel like I was treated like insurance company and not customer (by the way I fixed my car $1500 cheaper across the street, there is a lot of good body shops) I had to pay $150 in storage fees in order to get my car back. I worked with Iyad throughout the process of repainting my badly-peeling 15 year old 4Runner. He was very pleasant and informative throughout, even keeping me updated on the progress with pictures I had requested. Their pricing was very competitive, amongst the 2-3 lowest of the 9 or 10 estimates I had received (since the cost was to be paid totally out of pocket). The quality of work itself was top-notch and extremely professional, I've already gotten several compliments within just a few days after picking it up. I had a crushed quarter panel covered by insurance. In addition I had several additional repairs and painting needed. They gave me a good price on the items not covered by insurance. Most important is the great job they did. The car looks new. Also, they washed the interior and exterior. It has not been this good looking since I bought it. I would take my car there just for the car wash. How did you get the stains out?

Great customer service!! Moula helped me out with the estimate for my vehicle. I got updated about the insurance receiving the estimate and how long it would take. Excellent communication. When I picked up my vehicle I was happy to see all the damage was gone! It looked like it was never hit. They also washed and detailed my car!! My car looked immaculate. I highly recommend!

I don't know what happened to my previous review but it appears to have been deleted. This company and its people are absolutely the best. I have an E320 Mercedes that ended up with a crease on the bottom of the back passenger door. I took it to every body shop around the Fullerton area and was given outrageous prices and solutions. I am happy to say, despite being rear ended and losing my Land Cruiser for an extended period of time, that I had an overall positive experience with the team at Kwaik Auto Body. Moula did a great job of communicating with me and ensuing my classic car was repaired to better condition than when it was at the time of the accident. I opted to get some other body repairs completed while it was in the shop and I could not be more pleased with the end result. Their top quality body and paint work will keep my TLC looking great for years to come!

A friend recommended this shop and it was a little drive for me but I am very happy I went to Iyad and everyone at Kwaik. I have an '08 Lexus rx350 I brought in a few weeks ago and got back last week before the 4th of July holiday. I wanted to wait to make sure the repairs were as good as they looked and I am extremely happy with their work. They replaced my front bumper, hood, ac compressor, lights and painted it all to match, which is hard to do with an older car, and kept it on budget. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repair work. They have some very expensive cars

Needed my front bumper to be fixed, so went to German Auto and they recommended Amir from Kwaik for bodywork. Did stop by, got estimate and dropped my car off right away. My car got fixed in a few days. After my car was fixed i've picked it up, but later in a few days found some unusual gaps and improper fitting, so contacted Amir right away. Came back later, he inspected it and advised me to leave car with him to figure the problem. We came here to get a second opinion on my car that had been hit... I had already gone to the dealer to get an estimate which I thought was high. Yet... Kwaik Auto Body gave an even higher estimate... that was a surprise.
