Contractors Beware. Driver put the can on a piece of grass about 100’-120’ away from the driveway. The can was for dirt removal to pour a new driveway extension. There were cones marking a portion of the driveway so the driver would know that there was fresh concrete poured on the property. Long story short the driver ran over the concrete and cut up palms that were blocking the concrete from the other direction. ,120’ away from the dumpster, that hadn’t even been curing for a week causing a large crack In the driveway. DEMO DAY !! Watched this company demolish a building on San Jose Boulevard while eating breakfast for the past two days. You are amazing. The crane operator is my new Hero. He sorted the different types of metals with the large crane as if using his hands. He used a long piece of metal horizontally in the claw of the big crane to scrape debris into a big pile 😲

I called them for a quote several times, and waited for Jerry to return my call, after two days he finally called and promised quote will be emailed to me. I still don't have it, it's been 5 days. If this is how the company handles business; I'm glad that they are not doing the actual work on my property. Waste of time!!!

When other companies either never answered the phone or returned my calls, or advertised their services but never actually bothered to bid on the job, Realco was a breath of fresh air. Jerry was a true professional from start to finish and took care of the bidding, permitting process, the planning stage, and project scheduling.
