I sent my friend Timothy Daniels to get his computer set-up. I've used you 3 times and been happy. He's been run through the ringer.
Set-up but ruined his battery. Then 2 weeks to get battery.
Sold him battery and don't tell him or help. Hp cord for dell isn't working. So now after all this he still can't use the laptop.
This is a person who is not savvy. I'm sooooo disappointed. He's just trying to get connected.
I've never seen such careless care of a customer.

I have purchased computers from this location for years. Occasionally there is an issue where I need to return a computer and have it either corrected wlor switched out. Recently I needed to have service on a computer I bought from them in the past. Although it was out of warranty, they still said that they would replace the speakers with new speakers. Not only did the replacement speakers not work, a new issue was added as my space bar and trackpad both were messed up when I got them back. I took it in twice and they would not do anything to help me because they said they worked on the speakers

Haven't received my item so my review is not complete. This is based on their customer service this far. I Placed an order online through Tech Rescue/DCPS to purchase a refurb item through them Oct. 3. After purchasing, I got an receipt email stating "Due to high order volume, it might take up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed." Okay, UP TO TWO weeks and my order will be processed. The charge went through to my credit card immediately. I emailed them last week to notify them of an error of the billing/shipping address however never got a response back. I let it go since I

I have found a real jewel in this place, they are one of the most unique places I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I took my laptop in for repair. I was invited to wait but choose to leave my computer and return later in the day. Upon my return the tech started working on my computer, diagnosed the problem before he even took it apart. Once inside he had determined the issue correctly. Within 30 minutes he had it repaired and I left a very happy customer having my computer repair the same day I dropped it off.
