When "Scrap Happens" you know where to take your scrap metal, cans and other recyclable materials. Quick Stop Recycling has been known as Jacksonville's friendliest recycling center since 2007. Note that our gate closes 10 minutes early to process the customers that are already at the facility. You must be unloaded and in line by the time the gate closes in order to be processed.

The employees here are super helpful and knowledgeable and will help you learn how to make the most money for your scrap. The yard is always clean, for a scrap yard. Very fair prices and usually a quick in and out.

Just moved to jacksonville for a job was told about Quick Stop went during lunch was busy but still didn't take long friendly helpful staff good prices would recommend to anyone selling scrap metal

My father and I have been going here for the past 10 plus years and customer service is good, employees are helpful, you get paid good, customer service is awesome, don't have to worry about getting ripped off or anything, I liked it so much I got my own ID to go here to scrap, Dean who is the guy that usually runs the scales is awesome, very nice and friendly guy, and is always on top of his game, I'll be doing my buisness here for as long as I shall live

I have used them for many year's. Very helpful staff and I have always felt the pay has been very fair. They take pride in keeping a clean yard. So I never worry about leaving with a nail in my tire. For those who have negative comments. If you follow the rules and guidelines your experience would prove to be different. Thanks again Quick Stop for the quick, fair and courteous service thru the year's.
