As San Diego natives and homeowners, we founded our company based on the need for a management company that offered competitive management fees and provided consistent bookings, while maintaining each home at the highest level. Surf Style's focus is on one product - San Diego County property management.
Known for its yearlong mid 70's mild weather, it is no wonder that San Diego has continued to be a vacation destination no matter what the time of year! The majority of our vacation rentals are conveniently located near central San Diego attractions such as Belmont Park, La Jolla Cove, San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp District, Balboa Park, and USS Midway.
Our Mission Beach vacation rentals are arguably located in one of the best areas within San Diego. Mission Bay Park is a one of a kind 4,600 square foot playground that offers a wide variety of activities. Rent a beach cruiser and take a ride down the boardwalk, stopping along the way at the many shops and restaurants.
Enjoy the true experience of living like a local in one of our Pacific Beach vacation rentals! Pacific Beach is a go-to place for walking around town, checking out local shops, and trying some deliciously fresh food. With a unique culture of its own, La Jolla is a chic town worth exploring. Spend the day at La Jolla Cove watching the sea lions and if you're brave enough, kayak through the caves with a guided tour. Surf some of the historic and famous waves at Windansea Beach, La Jolla Shores, or Blacks Beach. The nightlife always has something going on.catch a show at The Comedy Store or enjoy a local brew at Karl Strauss Brewing.

Our stay was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured, and the whole place was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at nighttime. The fire pit on the roof was so easy and fun to use. It’s a 1 minute walk to either the bay or the ocean, and easy to call ride-share cars as well. The Surf Style team was very responsive to ensure easy check-in/out and make sure our stay was going well. We passed by many other rentals in the area with the Surf Style management sign up. They clearly know the area well and still offer a personalized experience even with the many buildings they manage

We had excellent experience with one of the rental properties managed by Surf Style in San Diego. Place was very clean and we had clear instructions no how to get there and about area, parking etc. We had issue with AC over the weekend. We contacted their weekend contact and got a prompt response about how to fix it. They also offered to come and check the AC out. Would highly recommend renting with them!

Tried booking through the website, and was asked to fill out a questionnaire. The house had a maximum of both guests and daytime visitors (17 adults), which my group exceeded by 1. After receiving this feedback, we arranged for 2 members of our group to stay at a nearby hotel, and rebooked once meeting the required guidelines. The rebooking was cancelled immediately, stating that the owner wasn’t comfortable with renting to my group. We’ve already rebooked at another company, I’m sure this company doesn’t care about a measly $9k. I still feel it’s my responsibility to tell everyone to

Fantastic experience working with this rental company. They were very detailed with their expectations of renters and rental agreement showed they cater about who would be there to take care of their wonderful home as if it was their own, which we all respected and appreciated. The house was perfect for us, as described, and location exactly what we hoped for ! We will absolutely be using this company again, hopefully soon !

Very nice space, with lovely views over Mission Beach, with the Ocean Front Walk right outside the unit. The windowed alcove with a day bed was great for people watching and to see the waves. The outdoor porch provided a wonderful view of the sunset. The glass doors to the outdoor porch open up all the way for an inside-outside feel. The kitchen/living room/dining area was comfortable.
The bedrooms and baths are as advertised, with comfortable beds and good showers/sink areas.
The unit is on the 3rd floor, with stairs with no handrails that were slippery in the rain, so anyone with problems walking

Sadly we had a very poor experience renting from surf and style through Airbnb. We got to our rental late, and then next morning we found the kitchen, living room, and porch to be infested with red ants. This was extremely problematic since we had our dog with us. We could not put his food bowl on the floor or allow him to lay down. In addition to this it seemed as though they have a cleaning issue with whoever their cleaning provider is. There were hairs on the pillows in the bedroom, multiple towels had stains, many of the dishes in the cupboards looked they they weren’t washed properly in

We had our vacation here - 9 adults, 4 children and a baby. There could not have been a better choice of properties for us. The yard is huge and is right on the bay beach with a fence and gate so that the kids couldn’t wander off. Tons of beach toys for all ages. The living areas are filled with natural light and provide a beautiful view of the beach and sunrise. Comfortable beds, too. The home is very spacious and we never felt on top of each other. Just can’t beat this location!!

Just completed our second vacation with surf style, this time with the children. Upon recommendation we stayed at a dog friendly property (Boomer 2) with a playground and walking distance to the beach that has a ramp for the kids wagon (Law St. ramp)
Such a wonderful time, the only issue was that the kids were too tired to do anything in the evening. 😁😁
Surf style is now our go to for couple getaways as well as family vacations!!
