I'm very impressed. Kevin was able to diagnose and repair the issue within 4-5 hours at the convenience of my home. I just took my car for a test drive and it's running extremely smooth. He found an air hose and some spark plugs that needed replacing as well as my alternator that had failed. Thanks Kevin. I'll call you again if my car ever dies before work.

Kevin is a lifesaver! I don't understand the negative review here. He just fixed a safety issue on my trailer while we are in south Carlsbad campground on short notice. I called him on Monday to explain the safety concern and the fact we are traveling with little kids. He said he could come out on Wed and he came! He is no BS, does solid work (according to the elderly gentleman on the campsite next to me. He came prepared with the parts and got the job done within an hour (while we are camping). I'm so grateful now I can drive my kids home safely. I would recommend anyone traveling in

My daughter had an alternator go out on her vw beetle. The dealership is out of my price range for that kind of work. I called Kevin to take a look and he said he could do the work. He did the work and then some but only charged about half what I would have paid at other places. Plus he's a great guy.

Although I was quoted a fair price for the labor. I was told that he would be here a certain day/ time. He was very uncommunicative and then pushed back the whole day. I waited around for hours when I had plans, I do understand things happen. However, this dictated my day and time is money. As for smog, my car is from Hawaii- so no, it's not the same protocol and I am unable to do it online and it runs out tomorrow. This is not your fault, I never said it was. I was just saying I didn't appreciate being told one thing; when I was depending on you. Something, a simple phone call or understanding

My reconditioned alternator installed 21 months ago by an auto electric shop, would stop charging after the the engine warmed up. I checked the fuses and battery and had AutoZone do a free diagnostic. At first it passed, then failed after it warmed up. Bought a reconditioned one from them that has a lifetime warranty (the bad one had a 1 year warranty) and about 30% cheaper than what I was charged for the old one. Called Kevin to install it. He was able to come to my house that afternoon and quickly installed it at a reasonable cost - - 40% cheaper than the previous shop and without the need

Called early this afternoon for a diagnostic test. Engine light is on my old 97 toyota and I can't drive it until I know what is going on with it. Person said they would be out at my house between 3 and 4pm. It is now 5pm. I have been waiting all afternoon, no phone call, or text. And most places close at 5:30pm.
This puts me in a bad position. I rely on my car. Why they couldn't give me a call or text to say they were not coming is beyond me. Bad business! UPDATE!!!!

After leaving a movie Friday evening, I started driving home. Within minutes, I smelled & saw smoke from engine, then noise and flashing lights on dash. Up to then, no prior warning of mechanical issues. Within 15 minutes, all electrical systems shut down and my Honda CRV died in middle of Melrose Ave. I was stranded, and called AAA to come tow me home 8 miles, at 11pm. We were driving down to Carlsbad Outlet Mall after a long working day on Friday so we wanted to get out of town first before getting gas. By the time we got to Oceanside, the empty light went on so we got off the freeway to get gas. My friend is new to this country so he accidentally use the Diesel pump instead of the regular one. By the time I got to it, he put about 6 gallons of diesel into my tank. Without knowing it's sort of a big deal, I put in another 7 gallons or so of regular gas!! Yesterday we went to look at a used car for my son. I called Kevin and asked if he could come do a pre purchase inspection for us. He was so nice to come out with very short notice. He did an amazingly thorough job! He inspected every single bit of that car and came back with a list of issues, and gave us a run down on all of the problems with the car. There were A LOT of problems! Thanks to Kevin we did not buy that car! I would absolutely recommend Kevin to everyone!
