I had a great experience here. I've been a loyal vavoline customer for a few years and needed a new place to get my breaks and car generally inspected since they don't do all of that there. It's always a bit scary going to a new auto shop because I know nothing about cars, and in general I'm hesitant to trust the people since I've had bad experiences before. I called to make an appointment but they said I could just come on in today, so I did. Excellent customer service. I had a car emergency on a sweltering Saturday afternoon. My own car dealership was unhelpful and had limited Saturday business hours. Mission Car Care Center was a guiding light. I spoke with Mr. Rick on the phone while stranded on the highway. He walked me through the process and waited for me to arrive. I left the car with the staff and walked across the street to Starbucks for food. Before I finished my food order, Mission Car Care Center had my car in the garage. What an awesome experience with these guys at this place. We are on vacation and we had just left another place because they were screwing us around trying to sell the stuff we didn't need. We called Mission Car Care. Rick told us exactly what it was going to be on the phone and it did not change when we got there. We came right over we were in and out and the service was amazing. He told us it would be up to an hour but no longer. It only took 20 minutes for brake job. Extra special thanks to Rick & his crew.

Great experience here. Found the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. They were able to look at my car right away, showed me exactly what was wrong, and they were communicative all the way through the repair process. My car's alternator died on way back from fishing and I was stranded overnight in Oceanside. I called here in the morning, they said they could have it done by noon, had car towed there, and by noon I was on my way back to Los Angeles with car running great.

I was very happy with Mission Car Care and their quick service and willingness to help. On my way to Oceanside from Madera my air conditioner stopped putting out cool air so I started calling around as soon as I got into Oceanside. I first called Mercedez Benz of Carlsbad but they said they couldn't help me. I then got ahold of Mission Car Care and they told me to bring it in. When I got there they were just finishing up with the car they had in the stall and pulled mine in the stall. They added Freon and turned my air conditioner on to see how it worked. Very happy with our service. I brought in my Subaru forester for an oil change. While I was there I asked them how much it would be for a 30,000 mile service. They beat the dealers price by almost $200 and have it done in three hours. If I would've left it with the dealer I would've been on my car all day. These guys have done the other minor repairs for us in the past and I've always been affordable fast and trustworthy. Highly recommend

Service here is awesome, the workers are very attentive and very polite. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted and asked what services I needed then was directed to the service desk where I was greeted by Rick, he asked what I needed and what type of vehicle I had and was able to get me in and out pretty quick. The service desk is not really big and has no seats but he was kind enough to bring out some stools for my son and I while we waited which I thought was very cordial of him. The prices seem very reasonable and they offer military discounts which was a plus. I guess I found my new place for

Due to COVID I lost my job and Mission Car Care Center was able to help me with zero money with their EasyPay offer. 90 days same as cash regardless of credit. They also did the right thing by telling me to make sure this was paid before the 90days were up. They were so respectful and totally understand the pain I was going through. Writing this review to let everyone know these guys are the real deal, so helpful and friendly. Very rare.

This is my second or third visit to the meineke off of Archer on mission avenue. I really appreciate the work that they do. They are kind, they explain everything they're doing, and they have great prices there. They are always willing to use coupons when available. I highly recommend checking these guys out!
