Dr. Temmen graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia. During college she performed organic chemistry research at both the University of Missouri-Columbia and the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology designing cancer-fighting drugs.

Dr. Temmen is awesome. She did an amazing job on my bbl. I’m going back for a TT in a few months. I had to go to the ER Bc my HR wouldn’t slow down as well as a fever. She went to the ER with me and was with me ever step of the way. The NP was quite amazing as well. She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of when I had to her fluids. She even warmed up some pizza for me. I love this office. If it wasn’t so far from my house I would get my Botox there too.

I am 45 yrs old, 5'4 and 127 lbs. I had always been interested in a BBL but was told by the plastic surgeon who had done my breast augmentation that I did not have enough fat to harvest and therefore would never be a candidate for a BBL. One year passed by and I came across a friend who had mentioned that she was scheduled for a "skinny BBL". I never even knew that a "skinny BBL" was a thing. Her and I were of similar size and weight and it sparked hope in me that perhaps my dream surgery was within reach. A long road over the last few years led me to Dr. Temmen for implant removal after 19 years and lipsuction/fat transfer to the breast. So happy with my results, especially considering I was apprehensive about liposuction since I'd never considered it on its own.
Other than my amazing results, the thing I appreciated the most about Dr. Temmen is that she errs on the side doing less rather than doing the MOST. She is not the surgeon who's going to recommend doing all the things even if you might not need them just to run the bill up.

I never thought I would get a breast reduction, never the right time, or never the right doctor; but when I found Dr Temmen it all just fit. She completely changed my life, and I have amazing results. I am so much more comfortable and confident and I couldn’t be happier! Her staff are so welcoming and helpful, they made my experience so easy, and any question, or concern I had they made sure to answer it with ease. After three years of contemplating on getting lipo and a BBL, I finally found the doctor for me. I felt so comfortable with Traci and the staff from the initial consultation. I had my surgery a week ago and already am so happy with my results. We all have our insecurities and are our own worst judges. I was not happy with my body and what it had become after having 2 children and needed a little help getting back on track in the midsection and getting my nursing breasts back to life. Dr. Temmen gave me a jump start back to my pre-baby body that I was missing! She was up-front with what the results would be like and does not sugarcoat the recovery process, which I love! My whole experience with Dr. Temmen and her staff was exceptional. From the first consultation(breast augmentation) I felt extremely comfortable with Dr. Temmen and never felt rushed or that I didn't have all my questions/concerns addressed. You can tell that Dr. Temmen is a very thoughtful, caring person by the way she interacts with you and listens to what you're saying and asking her.

Dr Temmen is exceptional. From initial consultation thru my follow up appointments she has been wonderful, I underwent breast augmentation. Her approach was well thought out. I did consult another doctor before meeting her and felt much more comfortable and impressed with the technique we agreed on for my surgery as well as expectations with size. My breasts look great and would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Temmen. She is knowledgeable and able to discuss surgical procedures in lay terms while ensuring that a patient's expectations for surgery are realistic. Her bedside manner is excellent, which should be necessary for all M.D.'s but is particularly important for plastic surgeons, given the types of work they do.
