We work on everything from small desktop computers, to all-in-one PCs, to servers used in your business enterprise settings. We provide inexpensive diagnostics typically within a few business days. After your desktop computer has been diagnosed, we will call you with details of what is wrong with it along with your repair options: after we have completed our diagnostics but before you have started spending lots of money.
We have many used and refurbished desktop computers for sale. You can also tell us what you are looking for and we can recommend what is best suited for your needs. Our Raleigh store is open to the public, and we also can field higher volume/quantity requests from businesses and government agencies.

My first visit since they moved from Capital Blvd to this location a few years ago - which means I haven't had any computer issues in some time. So when the trusty laptop crashed, I took it to Warp.
I got a few phone calls within the 1st hour of bringing it in asking if it was ok to try a few hopefully simple tasks to see if they could resolve the problem. Regretfully it didn't and a more complete effort was needed to solve the problem. I was quoted an exact fee over the phone to repair the problem.
They said that the laptop would be ready in two days, and it was ready as promised
