I have used Buckeye Computer Service twice now. The first time, I dropped my laptop and broke the "bezel" or something that connected the screen to the keyboard. Buckeye Computer Service was able to locate a replacement parts quickly, and when he received the item, he was able to fix my laptop good as new in just a few days. The second time was following the death of my husband. We gathered up all the computer equipment (about 30 years of computer electronics). Buckeye Computer Service picked them up along with an external hard drive and copied all the files he could locate on all the equipment

Fast service and prompt answers. However, if they say they are going to invoice you and you don't receive and invoice. Contact them immediately. It seems their invoice system may have a few bugs. I was told "We'll send you the invoice." and didn't receive one. I honestly forgot about it until I received an invoice for the original fee and $35 for a service fee for late payment. I contacted the owner but only received another copy of the invoice no explanation or apologies. I paid the invoice in full to avoid additional late fees (as I would have if I had received

I first contacted them about 3 years ago at the end of a day on a Friday afternoon and my regular computer repair service that I had for several years prop could not respond for a week! Troy was willing to drive several miles to help us get our problem resolved! Trust me he is awesome! Everyone needs someone they can count on for computer repair and this is the company to call!
