Managed Services - Think of Managed Services as a proactive approach to maintaining computers and networks. Regular maintenance remains less expensive than fixing things after they break. Active-yet-unobtrusive software to track and analyze your server activity around the clock. When a system or function fails to work properly, an alert is generated, and the issue immediately investigated.
The Break-Fix model refers to the practice of only calling in professional IT services (like us) when there is a problem, or when an upgrade is needed. While this may seem reasonable to some, the disadvantages far outweigh the advantages. It is universally agreed upon in the IT industry that the Break-Fix model is outdated and ineffective.

Bayne came to my home today and replaced the battery in my Apple laptop. I had contacted him earlier for a price quote and availability. He was very competitively priced. When I decided for him to do the work, he ordered the correct battery and notified me when it arrived. I scheduled an appointment within a few days. He had estimated one hour to do it and that’s exactly what it was. I highly recommend his services and expertise.

Bayne was a big help with my computer issue. He was able to quickly narrow down the problem to two issues and to assist me with a resolution. He is very polite, professional, and personable. Bayne has visited us three times, and each visit was productive and greatly helpful. He upgraded us to the newest Windows and upgraded our hard drive to solid state. Desktop flies and works even better than when it was brand new! We’re very pleased will certainly call again if we need assistance or repairs. We had a great experience.

Bayne has come to our rescue many times, often on short notice. We really appreciate how prompt he is and the wide range of technical skills he has, which has allowed him to upgrade and fix many things in our office (with a ton of skill!).
