The hotel staff were very pleasant. I gave two stars because the beds are hard and very uncomfortable as well as the pillows. I had to go two floors down to retrieve ice because the ice machine on the 7th floor isn’t available for use. Over all the best part of my stay was the gym I had the best workout this morning 😊 I don’t think I would stay in the future due to the comfort level of the bed. However its a clean place to crash and the convenience of the restaurants below are also a plus

If you are looking for a hotel that is a step up from the usual, this is your place. Very upscale, the hotel has a modern look with a restaurant in the lobby. Shops within walking distance. The area in which it is located is very nice and clean as well. I have a king bed room which was spacious and a nice bathroom with a separate water closet. I would definitely stay there again.

The Hotel was excellent! Extremely clean, well laid out, room was lovely. Great choice of restaurants right there outside the front door. Our flight was delayed so much that we didn't arrive until after 2 am. The gentleman that checked us in was extremely courteous. The two gentlemen at the counter the following evening were also very courteous and brought us towels within five minutes of being asked. The lady at checkout though was less than pleasant and this is the reason for the four stars, otherwise it would be five. I left my phone charger in our room and ran back inside to ask for a key back
