Whatcom Environmental provides a wide range of environmental site assessment and remediation services to commercial, industrial, and municipal clients in the Northern Puget Sound Region. The Company was founded in 1997 and is owned and operated by Harold Cashman and Eric Libolt. Mr. Harold Cashman graduated from Western Washington University with a Master's degree in Geology and has worked as a geologist/environmental consultant since 1991.
