Scott J. Rozenbaum has been working in Western Washington in the fields of Soil Science, Wetland Science, and Environmental Permitting since 1988, and specifically in San Juan County since 1996. He is a nationally certified Professional Wetland Scientist, a Certified Professional Soil Scientist, and a Certified Erosion & Sediment Control Lead.

He holds a M.S. in Soil Science and a B.S. in Geology. Rozewood Environmental Services, Inc. offers consulting expertise in the fields of permitting, wetland science, ecology, and soil science.
Services
Rozewood provided permitting expertise for Roche Harbor Water System, in their efforts to replace a 115-year old earthen dam creating Briggs Reservoir. The project consisted of obtaining ten permits from federal and state agencies. Rozewood is currently providing technical services for mitigation site monitoring and natural succession processes and documentation around the newly enlarged reservoir.
