It was the classic fixer upper but worse. The owner had gutted it to the studs in preparation for remodeling and had a turn of events that had forced him to sell. Ami and MBR has done a refinance for me 2 times. I thought I had a great rate the first time and then she called me and said rates were lower and it would really decrease my mortgage payments.
