We teach several traditional systems of Chinese Martial Arts; Northern Shaolin, MiZong LuoHan Quan, Jing Wu Men, Bajiquan, Piguazhang, Northern Praying Mantis, Baguazhang, Xing Yi Quan and Yang Family Taijiquan. We are fortunate to be able to offer the complete systems including two-person training, weapons training, Qi development training, taiji pushing hands and taiji martial applications.

These basic exercises are fundamental to all styles or martial arts. The basics include the movements of shoulder, arm, waist, leg and hand as well as footwork, jumps, leaps and balancing. Stances, stepping, power generation, sensitivity, conditioning, sticking and trapping, forms, two-man forms, analysis of form applications, sparring, and traditional weapons are all part of the curriculum.

Northern Shaolin kung fu is a traditional northern Long Fist style of the Chinese martial arts. The northern Long Fist styles emphasize long range punches and strikes, large stances, various kicking and leaping attacks, powerful circular blocks and strikes and utilizes the methods of "suddenly appear/suddenly disappear".
Mizong Luohan is an external style, with distinct internal influences. It draws on many aspects of the external Northern Shaolin Long Fist style, and the internal styles T'ai Chi Ch'uan, Pa Kua Chang and Hsing I Ch'uan, with which it is often taught in modern times. It is characterized by deceptive hand movements, intricate footwork, varied kicks, and high leaps.
