Jimi is very courteous. He called the night before our appointment to confirm and he arrived the next morning on time (actually 15 minutes early). He was very efficient and clearly explained things to us. He found the broken drain pipe quickly with his camera and recorded it for us. I will definitely use this service in the future if needed and will recommend him highly to others.

Mr. Jimi was very friendly, thorough & detailed. He explained everything he was doing in the inspection & the problems within the house whether major or minor. I would recommend this company to any and everyone I know. I was very impressed and thankful to have this home inspector. There was many issues I looked over with the realtor that was pointed out to me during the inspection. I was allowed to walk with the inspector to ask questions as he did the inspection and got a better understanding to what was good or bad. He was very honest and knowledgeable about what he saw and more than willing to explain any issues or concerns I had. Without a doubt in my mind I will definitely be calling again for future homes.
