From the first week working with Mancuso was extremely difficult. When I first called in to get an estimate on how long it would take to repair our car, we were quoted about a week and a half tops. We had just had someone sideswipe us, fortunately only the front passenger side door was damaged. After working with someone named Jackie, this date kept moving back, and back, and back. Not only that, after about the 3rd week, she started fabricating the truth about what was originally said over a phone conversation with both my wife and I. My 2016 Audi A4 was involved in a minor accident while it was parked. I took it over to Mancuso where Skye helped me through the whole process. Awesome experience from start to finish. The work was top notch. Had a minor collision. MCW was very helpful with dealing with my not so good insurance. They went above and beyond with my repair. Everything was on time, very responsive, and answered all of my questions. Each interaction I had with the team - from the owners to the to the service techs -- was positive, I'd definitely recommend MCW.

Mancuso is a Tesla-approved body shop that did excellent work at my insurance company (State Farm) payment rates. There was never a problem in getting approval for repairs from the adjustor. The car is actually better than new, with better gap alignment than when the car was delivered. I would definitely return if I need repairs in the future.

Took my Mercedes there for a minor fender bender. A day after I picked the car up, the check engine light came on so I DROVE the car back. I was getting very unclear answers about what was going on and I had enough. I arranged a tow to take the car straight to loeber mercedes. I was called back the same day and was told repairs would be north of 40,000
I needed a new engine.
I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
When it was auto art previously it was A+

Worked with Brian Janty. He was communicative, helpful, and attentive. Was looking to get aftermarket work done and he provided some great options and after doing custom research on my car. Scheduled me right away after the parts arrived and install was super fast. They washed the car for me as well and diagnosed a tire issue I was unaware of (found a nail in the tire). He also sent me videos of the install which was a cool touch. Billing seemed fair for the work/parts and he went through everything item by item on the invoice. Was very impressed and already discussing future work on my truck.

Maurice made my experience at Mancuso absolutely flawless from beginning to end. Maurice was incredibly thorough, set realistic expectations and stuck to his word, and communicated throughout the whole repair process. My car looked better than when it was first purchased, upon pick up. The team at Mancuso amazed me with their meticulousness. Anyone can agree that there is nothing positive about dealing with a car accident however Mancuso made everything so easy for me. I will absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need and specifically tell them to reach out to Maurice, as he was a phenomenal

I dropped my car off to have a small vinyl wrap down.
- They completed part of what they said they would
- Had to deal with them all day to even get the car back at the promised time (it was still 3 hours late).
- they stole part of my key ($230 part)
- didn't complete the service
- they said no one else had access to my key and they didn't steal the casing on it, which is a blatant lie because they don't even wrap the car themselves and they had another individual come from the third party to come pick up the car.
If you want to wrap your car, don't go here. Instead go

Mancuso Auto Art rocks! They restored our Lexus NX to better than showroom new. Jeff went out of his way with our insurance company to get them to do what they should do and what they weren't doing because of a "shortage of estimators." He also worked with our rental company to get us a great rate after our insurance stopped paying. Jeff went out of his way to keep in touch with me. I can't say enough about how great Mancuso and Jeff are!

After being hit by a car and having rear end damage to my Land Rover, I went to auto art. As always, the service I received was exemplary from the initial estimate all the way through to completion of the work. Bill was accessible, flexible in scheduling and Jeff communicated the status throughout the process. I had electronic & exhaust work completed here on my Audi S4. I found Rob to be very knowledgeable and personable. He always kept me posted on the status of my car. The shop is clean, and it's clear they take great pride in their work. The prices are reasonable. I won't take my car anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Honestly, the owner was a very cool friendly guy. Their works on other cars look exceptional. However, during my bumper replacement repair on my Maserati GrandTurismo, they did not replace my bumper. Instead, just gluing it back on and washed the car before delivery. Then they charged me for bumper replacement and labor. Due to the limited time, I didn't check the work closely before I took my car off on a trip.
1) I didn't get my bumper truly repaired.
2) I paid for their "7.9 hours of labor" and replacement bumper that never got replaced or received.

I have taken two different cars here, both times they were hit by other vehicles when I was not in the car. They do great work, can sometimes take a little longer if they are busy, but in my opinion, it's better to have it done right and take a little longer.
It's been a couple years and everything still looks great.
They will work work with all cars from a Ford Fusion to a Mclaren P1. I have seen them all in their lot.
