First I would like to say thank you for the beautiful arrangement that was put together for a family friend that passed away. This place had it all and they we're able to work with us on such short notice. On the plus side we were lucky that this place closed later. We had searched for other florest places but all were about to close or closed for the day. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back for future flower arrangements I may need.

Worst experience I ever had. I ordered flowers for a funeral called 15 min before the funeral flowers that never showed up, called customer service was hung up on the first time. Called the second time they made their fake call and told me the flowers fell off the truck (are you f kidding me) gave me the fake apologies and said they are 45min out and can not make me new arrangement (how convenient) I will never never use them again. They offered me a full refund within 1-2 bus days without nothing to compensate for their mess up. Hope I really receive this refund because at this point I can’t

At the recommendation from a friend, I decided to try this local florist for a special occasion that afternoon. They were great on the phone listening to what I was looking for and the price range and clarified some items to make certain they had it right. Due to some time constraints, they promised to meet the short notice and delivery window. Everything was spot on and the flowers were beautiful.

I just received the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen. The combinations of hydrangeas, roses, and snapdragons remind me of an English garden and were beautifully arranged. My friends ordered these through FTD and Flowers For You was the local florist that designed and fulfilled the order.

Worst service ever. Came in to look at invitations and the lady there told us that during festive days they don't do anything but flower sales. Don't understand why she would do more than flower sales if she can't run the whole business. Not to mention that May 9th isn't a festive day. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was sending flowers to some family up in the Zion area and stopped in to order the flowers and drop off some personalized cards. The store wasn't what I was expecting, it's more of a little Hispanic grocery store with a flower counter. I had read the Google reviews and I knew they were solid, so I wasn't deterred at all. Plus they have a lot of cool candy there. Anyways I talked to the man making the flower arrangements and the lady at the register and they were really sweet and helpful. They did exactly what I asked for and the baskets of plants and flowers looked even better
