I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work from KNS automative. I took my car for a body work based on the reviews here. I am very disappointed with the quality of service and attention to detail. I had to take my car multiple times each time working with the insurance claims team to fix the missing parts. The technician did a poor job in taking a complete survey of all work that needs to happen and see if anything was missing in the initial assessment. I ended up taking my car multiple times to tell them they have missed one another thing. The car is still not fixed completely. This

I came to KNS to get a car hood painted after buying an aftermarket one for my Mustang. It was a fiberglass hood that came with a scratch from shipping that needed to be repaired prior to paint. My quote felt reasonable and included fixing the scratch and the full paint process (sand, prime, paint, and clear). I was told the job would take two days and to drop the car off in two weeks.

My son and daughter in law referred Keith Newman at KNS body shop to me. I took the vehicle in for estimate which was very reasonable. So reasonable I got estimate for some old damages too.

Keith and his team are amazing. I had some deep scratches on my automobile. Keith gave me a great price and you cannot tell that the scratches existed. I watched customer after customer show up to his shop and he is friendly and treat customers with respect. They are Covid-19 prepared for each client. I felt safe from the time arrived until I left. This was paid out of pocket and KNS was the lowest price I received from all the quotes given. I will return again and recommend Keith and his team to everyone I know.

I've used KNS several times. Today I left work early to make it in time for them to estimate my car. The owner was talking to another customer. Another employee greeted me. Then she said, though it was 4:50, it was too late for an estimate and to come back tomorrow. She wasn't the least bit sorry I left work early to get there before closing time. I hope I can find some other body shop I like because it isn't businesslike to run off customers! How can they serve customers who work if they close at 5pm?

I went to KNS in 2017 to get my front bumper fixed. I have spent the past two years paying for damage to the paint and seal from natural elements and finally my new auto-body shop said it's worth just completely replacing instead of continuously paying for cosmetic upgrades. This place and the staff are amazing. I was driving down the highway and a rock was kicked up from a truck and shattered my passenger side door window. I was so startled. I had previously worked with this company when I got into a car accident during a rainy morning and another car spun out at hit me. I read the reviews and chose this place. I took my car there to have some rust work done and the door seal was not put back properly, and there was some kind of filter they had to take off and was left it in the trunk of the car. I didn't have any problem with taking the car back and the guy put the filter back but did not know what to do with the seal where they had fixed the car and the owner was not there so I said I would gladly come back when he as there. Had a great experience here! I needed some large patches of chipped paint above my windshield fixed, and they did a great job. Everyone there is so personable, the price was fair, and they got the work done really quickly (less than two days). I appreciated that the actual cost didn't end up being more than the quote and that they went to the extra effort of cleaning off the top of my car (which was admittedly pretty filthy). I'm left with mixed feelings after using Keith & his crew at KNS. I chose to use them after the many positive reviews on Yelp, several of which mention how he was willing to redo work that wasn't satisfactory and stood by his word when dealing with customers.
The main work he did on our car was to take out a front fender dent and repaint the damaged area on the car. The work was done beautifully, and I have no complaints on that at all.

I think they were pretty reasonable, and honest. I really have nothing to compare them to as this was my first major auto repair.
They are all certainly nice....The place itself is not really comfortable for sitting, but most people probably don't wait for their cars anyway.
I would recommend them based on my experience, and I would go back myself!

I brought my car in in really bad shape after an accident but had a price limit. Keith very kindly agreed to take on the job, despite being super busy. He and his sister are so kind and personable. I told him that the car could look terrible, as long as it ran. When I came back the car looked nearly perfect -- Keith said his crew member refused to do a job that looked only halfway done. I will never go anywhere else if I ever need to fix my car again!

KNS is the greatest! Keith is honest, professional, kind, and reliable. Not only was his crew's work faultless, but he interacted seamlessly with my insurance company. When I recently lost an altercation with a concrete parking-garage pillar, Keith gave me an immediate estimate. His sister ordered the parts, and as soon as they arrived, I took the car in. KNS completed the repairs in two days and washed and vacuumed the car, as well. In the interim I received calls updating me on the progress.

Hands down the best auto shop I've ever been to. Keith gave me an estimate for fender repair and a new fender liner below everywhere else I looked. I could tell immediately that he's an honest guy who takes great pride in his work. Keith and his team repaired everything as discussed within just a day, took off the duct tape glue that I thought had stained the outer rim, and even cleaned my car before I got it back. This place is professional, knowledgeable and honest. I'd recommend KNS to anyone and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fabulous experience! I called with some bumper issues (one too many times pulling into a parking space too close...ugh) and was told to bring my car right in that morning. I dropped it off and was told it would be ready that afternoon -- could it be too good to be true?! Sure enough, it was ready in a matter of hours! I was charged less than $50 to get my bumper tacked back up, which was much less than I was quoted elsewhere (probably more than doing it myself, but I'm hopeless with car repairs!). I can't speak to value/service for bigger body jobs, but was very pleased with my results

My experience with Keith could only have been better had they brought my car to my door and then cooked me dinner. My Jetta was hit from behind and sustained what another body shop said was $2,800 worth of damage, which I thought was fair. Keith said it was closer to $2,100 -- but there may be things he couldn't see until he had the car peeled apart.
I went away for the week -- and got a call from Colleen (Keith's sister, and office manager) telling me the damage was indeed a bit more extensive than they originally thought. The total would run $2,600. Still under the original quote
