If I could give John's Collision a 10 star rating I would. When I first damaged the bumper on my new Mazda 5 car I did not know where to go. I searched for repair places and John's had good reviews and it was close to home.
When I went in Sherri was very understanding and sympathetic to my dilemma. I left the car to be repaired and John called almost every day to keep me informed. It took a while to get the paint exactly the right match and blending the paint into the rest of the car. When I went to pick the car up I was so excited. It was just like it was on the showroom floor. Excellent.

I stopped by to ask John for an appointment. I showed him what I need and he said let me look at it. It was a small repair on one of the rear door thresh-hold. He said I can probably repair it right now. And he did. I said let me pay you for it, and he refused to take one penny. He said "write
a review in you tube". That is the kind of guy John is. Also, about one year and half ago, he was referred to me and his shop did a paint job to refurbish one fender and the front bumper. The paint match was fantastic. It looked like it just left the factory. TOTALLY PLEASED!! I

I would like to start by saying 5 stars is not enough! Their thoughtful professional manner and attention to detail was like no other. My beautiful Mustang was hit and needed to be repaired. I chose 3 places to get estimates. Calibar Collision, just down the road from John's did not even send me the quote I stood in the rain to get. The other company I went to, implied I would have "more damage". I soon realized while I was talking with John that he would treat my car as he would his own! The end result, my Beautiful Blue Mustang GT is back to being PERFECT! and while this kind of unexpected expense

I was first introduced to John's Collision Center through an insurance claim after an accident. They fixed the damage on my red car and made it look brand new on the side the accident occurred, and even offered a warranty on the repairs. I was so impressed with the work that I reached back out to them a couple weeks later for tires, inspection, oil change, spark plugs, and to paint the other side of the car. The price was SO VERY reasonable, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the work done was exceptional. I recommend this business for all of your car care needs!

John helped me out with a paint small damage. Very friendly place, honest and efficient. The original quote i got from the place was at a great price. No overcharge, but John offered for free to fix and he did buffed out the scratches of the door. Very professional person and business. Love this place. Pics show after and before.

I had some daughter-inflicted minor body work on my 2018 Honda CR-V that needed to be fixed and, since I'm relatively new to the area, I didn't have any experience with a local body shop. I asked around my neighborhood and John's was recommended by multiple people. I took the car in and, as expected, they made the car like new but what impressed me most was that the repairs were done per the schedule provided and at a very fair price (I was paying out of pocket as this work was less than my insurance deductible). I was concerned regarding the impact from COVID but everything was smooth.
