Great time dealing with the folks over at AmpleTech. Lucas was one of the best in the business. I get pretty hesitant anytime that we're talking about my companies old data so he was able to answer all questions thoroughly. If you're looking for some folks to have your back in the data destruction realm look no further, will most definitely be going back.

I really enjoyed working with AmpleTech Refresh. Very kind staff and helped my company dispose of all our retired IT Assets in a timely and efficient manner. They even provided me with a certificate of responsible recycling so I KNOW that my old equipment didn't end up in a landfill. Will definitely use their services again for our next IT refresh.

I have now had three absolute failures with Ample Bay products.
I purchased and returned a Macbook Air last summer. Decided to try again with a Macbook Air for my wife in November...it beach balled and froze constantly from day 1. 4 months later, it is receiving a new hard drive from someone else (Ample Bay would not cover, even though problem had been present since purchase). My biggest complaint centers on my own Macbook Pro, purchased from Apple in 2010. It has been flawless...at least until I allowed Ample Bay to "upgrade" my hard drive. I took it back into them for service after the infamous

LOVE THAT THEY ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS! As you know, we have a lot of religious people in the valley who believe in one day off per week (which is usually Sunday). Ample Bay has been nothing but courteous and upfront with us...not to mention fast on responses and the incredible pricing they offer!
