You will not be sorry when you hire these guys. I am 60 years old and have never had such great service from a computer company. Eduardo was so friendly kind and Knowledgeable My computer had been hacked by someone trying to take money out of my bank account and he came over and quickly removed all of the stuff the scammer put on. I will say it again....This company is the one to go with!! Oh and they were very reasonable.

This week, my company in Surprise had a minor computer catastrophe, Our engraving computer had a major, fatal heart attack and unfortunately died, leaving us high and dry. Imagine a trophy company without the ability to engrave...…...not too profitable! Anyhow, we called Karl's Technology and were promptly introduced to Gavin. Let me tell ya, Gavin was not only knowledgeable, but friendly, patient and understanding. He really went above and beyond. What he expected to take about an hour, turned into a seven our ordeal! In the end, Gavin had everything fixed and had us back up and running perfectly

Gavin listened as I recited our long story of the three computers with which I needed assistance. All of them had disconcerting issues and Windows 10 is far beyond my experience. He explained everything he did and why. I like that he documented everything as he went along. When it came to the anti virus program, he was fair and helped display the choices. It would have been easy to just simply sell his own company's product. He also installed the antivirus program on my husband's computer after checking its health as well.
I feel confident that he did a thorough job of reviewing all of our computers

I cannot thank Gavin enough for his gracious professionalism. He went above and beyond what I had expected. I had him come to our home to repair our computer and he was excellent. When the parts I ordered were the wrong ones, Gavin's supervisor was wonderful to be able to make some accommodations scheduling. The best way for me to explain this is that they gave me "old fashioned service."
