Gilbert Computer Repair Service has been providing mobile computer repair in Gilbert, AZ and to the greater Phoenix Metro Area since 1999. We repair laptops, desktops, PCs and Apple computers. We also do cracked laptop screen repairs and dc power jack replacements at our repair shop. My last request was to "fix the hang on devices and printers, this has happened since I purchased the laptop."
He was able to fix it, it was due to Bluetooth not finding a component. Simplified the trouble and offered options to enhance or fix the problem. Thanks soo much, and my daughter, who has wracked her brain to figure this out, was validated with her thoughts on probable cause as well. Thank you so much, we will certainly refer and use your company again.

Josh was very conversational and did a great job explaining everything he was doing on my laptop and why. He took the time to show me step by step, how the new apps that had to be installed would work, because my old apps were no longer applicable with my "old laptop" Windows7. He took the time and I didn't feel like he rushed me, a novice with computers and new apps, through all of it. Highly recommend Josh - Thanks so much.
