Had and appointment for mani-pedi... One girl that worked on my nails left and another came over to finish. She was in a rush so kinda felt like charity at that point anywho, I also had an eyebrow appointment. I didn't see that service on my account when checking in so I told them it wasn't there and showed them my appointment confirmation text they sent to my phone. They said ok don't worry we'll do your eyebrows too.
Welp.. After my mani-pedi, I waited 30 additional minutes being told I was next. I even said I'd leave after about 15min but the guy assured me it would only be another 5 minutes

I love how clean this place is first and foremost. Katie is the main reason I continue to go here as I live 30mins away, but she never failed to do an excellent job, she was kind, and professional.
I tried the guy once and he had poor service, was rude, didn't listen, worked too fast so my nails looked terrible, by the time I left 2 nails broke within 2hours and more to follow in the 1st week. Never had that problem before. They were kind enough to fix them for free, but he lied and told them it was my fault and I told him do them thin when that wasn't true. There was a lump of acrylic on one

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value
I normally love this place when it comes to getting a manicure. But decided to get a pedicure and they dug so deep on the sides and ripped parts of my nail off I ended up at urgent care the next day getting my toe nail removed. I definitely would advise against getting a pedicure here. I would attach photos but it is an ugly sight now.

I can’t afford to do my nails often so I really look forward to it when I can ... It’s a little relaxation and me time ! so I came to this salon excited for the splurge a couple days ago and didn’t have a good experience. The nail tech that did my nails acted annoyed from the moment he called me over and then he didn’t say a single thing to me the entire time (other than what shape I wanted my nails) Seriously !! most nail techs at least ask how you’re doing , what your name is... and other small pleasantries. But he said nothing to me .... instead he spoke over my head to his co worker

I’m learning it really depends on who you get to do your nails! I’ve been here twice now, after my first visit, my nails lasted a whole 5 weeks without any issues other than the new growth that comes with not getting your nails done for 5 weeks. My 2nd time, different story. I had a different girl do my nails, she looked irritated and in a rush because she wasn’t even done with my nails before moving onto the next person. The girl doing my pedi had to apply the final coat and finish up my hands. I also had to come back a few days later to have a nail fixed because it cracked. I’ve also
