An herbal foot soak can be extremely therapeutic. There is nothing quite comfortable as a special herb and sea salt soak with essential oils. Soaking your foot in such an amazing combination of natural ingredients makes for a divine. Herbal therapeutic nail soaks citrus scrub, or detox seaweed mask, calming massage oil or sport lotion, warm towel.
Our Hair and Skin Products are composed of only herbs and essential oils. I have worked in the Salon setting for over twenty-five years and noticed that organic and natural beauty products were scarcely used. Beauty is about care. However, due to the poor ingredients synthesized from chemicals, most of the products made available to men and women are more likely to cause damage than do good.
Q: What kind of products do you retail? A: We curated our own hair and skin products from organic herbs, botanicals, and essential oils. Q: What color line do your stylists use? A: We partner with independent contractors that provide us the organic products in our skin-care and hairline. I had my hair done here and the goal was to go white gray and just have some blonde peeking out so it would look natural since my gray has been growing in. I showed the technician a photo (below) which he closely studied before coloring. He spent a lot of time working on me but the coloring isn't what I went in for. I ended up blonde. Like others using a Groupon I was told that toner isn't included and had to pay extra. The people are nice but they need to do what the customer asks for. I'm disappointed.

0 stars. Upon arrival I showed a picture to The lady for reference of what type of blonde and added streaks of dark color. After my hair was dried and styled, I was in shock.My hair turned out dark gray with odd blue/green tones. The top of my head is now this caramel color. It also has purple/blue from the shampoo she used. I explained that I can get written up for this by my job because such unnatural colors are not within regulations. Nor was this what I requested. They would not refund me any bit of the $180 that they charged. They offered a color strip and to redo my hair the way I wanted

The cut is fantastic and my hair is extremely soft and shiny and I am in love with the work he did! They also do wonderful lashes! I highly recommend this salon!

Used a groupon for a $60 balayage and was told it was an addition $100 for length. My hair is slightly past my shoulders and they said it was long so it would be $160 total. That seems like false advertising but the reviews were good so I let the lady do it anyways. I was originally told I could come back in a few weeks to do the top half of my hair because I was looking to go blonde after starting with the balayage. My hair was wrapped in the foils for 45+ minutes where she continued to apply bleach throughout that time and when she finally took them off and washed and toned my hair it was still

I finally went all in on Japanese Hair Straightening!
My hair isn't super thick, but the individual strands are strong so other hair straightening/smoothing treatments (keratin, collagen, etc.) just haven't seemed to do the trick. The before photos are what I sent in for my consult/quote.
Japanese Hair Straightening is a PROCESS, but I was pleased with how it looked and felt leaving the appointment (see photos).
Unfortunately the treatment didn't exactly work as advertised despite following all aftercare instructions. After the first rinse, my hair was no longer straighter

Amazing! This review is long overdue, but I came in for a balayage and haircut with my long brassy hair. I left with a beautiful ashy balayage and face framing haircut that I received endless compliments on. Although it was a light blonde hair color on my almost black looking hair, it was very low maintenance and the color looked amazing even 6-7 months later. I definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new stylist!

I brought my girlfriend in to get her lashes done today. Found this place via Groupon and booked an appointment a month ahead of time because I wanted to schedule it on her actual birthday. It was absolutely GORGEOUS inside. The place was so clean and organized. The music was up to date and the atmosphere felt inviting. We drove almost 2 hours to visit this salon & in my opinion it was well worth it. We purchased the full set of Mega Volume Eyelash Extensions. She is in LOVE. Thank you guys!!

I must say that MN Herbals Beauty is the best kept secret in Citrus Heights! The staff are very friendly and professional. Both Gina & Lorie are wonderful. The interior décor is very pleasing to the eye and the atmosphere is relaxing. The spa pedicures I've received have been very well executed. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. Trust me, not all nail technicians and/or salons are cut from the same cloth, but these two ladies are definitely a cut above the rest!

Got a groupon for eyelash extensions. I expected (as shown on their website) that they use individual lashes. A full set usually takes a minimum of two hours. It only took her 1 hour and 10 minutes because she used clumps of three lashes and once the first one came off, there's a gap that looks ridiculous and a few of MY eyelashes came off as well. Clumps should not be as expensive as a full set of individual lashes. This is my first and last time using MN Herbals.

If I could give zero stars, I would! This business should be investigated on how they treat their customers. They don't honor the Groupon's they advertise. They don't answer calls during business hours. They have an appt setter through their website. But then state they have to cancel the appointment because they are already booked. In my case, they didn't have the staff available for the Groupon I purchased. They stated that I would have to make another appointment after I had already arrived to the appointment I made a week prior. I gave them the benefit of the doubt

Purchased a Groupon for a balayage and haircut. Tried calling and leaving a voicemail but didn't receive a call back. After a few days, I just booked an appointment online. Arrived at the time of my appointment and was seen immediately. Gina worked with me and did a great job. She was very personable and meticulous. There was an up charge for the services that I wasn't expecting but understood.

I've been coming here for a few months now after some bad experiences at other nail shops. I LOVE it here. The women are so sweet and the place is so clean and well doctorates. I'm so glad I found them.
Gina does my nails and she's got serious skills!
Plus they do everything! Lashes, facials, mani/pedis!

Gina did a great job with my keratin straightening, baylage color and haircut The Groupon deal made an expensive, high quality hair service very affordable. I've been getting keratin treatments for +10 years and it's not something you normally want to be cheap about, so I was very excited and impressed by the really amazing quality for the low price. The color and cut turned out amazingly well and exactly how I asked.
This salon opened up right before the pandemic hit so they are just trying to get their name out there. I will definitely be going back, even when the promotion prices

I would not recommend doing lashes here. So here was my experience. I ordered the mega set. I did bring in my own lashes because I prefer cluster lashes. I asked her if she was familiar with clusters lashes (They are easier, faster and I prefer the look of them) I said if she wasnt familiar i would prefer individuals. She said she was familiar and could do the clusters. Well long story short, she was not familiar........ at all. These pictures actually look WAY better than the lashes actually turned out. Instead of blending the lengths to use on both eyes she used all the longest on the left side

I tried using a group on there for an hombre and over the phone was told they would honor that price but when I went they kept trying to overcharge me because of my hair even though over the phone I was assured that would not be the case. I had to wait half an hour to be even attended to and was only really acknowledged when I was about to walk out. And frankly even after getting the service done my hair does not look that much different from before maybe a shade or two darker but definitely not the color I chose

I tried to get eyelash extensions here but they made me an appointment, an hour later than I originally requested, and then had no one available to do them. I'm very busy and wasted time going all the way to Citrus Heights during traffic hours to be told I would have to wait regardless of my appointment. There was literally two people working in the whole salon at the time which makes zero sense. When I called to book they told me I couldn't have the appt time I wanted I would have to wait if I came at that time. So I agreed to come later just to be told the same thing. Waste of time

I got a Brazilian smoothing treatment from Sunny and he did an absolutely fabulous job! I have thick, Afro-textured curly hair and Sunny knew exactly what to do, he even had a special tool to get my curls straighter. The haircut he gave was amazing. overall I would highly highly recommend the whole spa; I also got a gel manicure and pedicure and both were very high quality. The prices are right, and it’s clean!! Everyone wears a mask. Almost didn’t want to leave a review because I want to keep it for myself! See GINA for your nails!!

This place is amazing! I had a Groupon and had read the previous reviews , I decided to give this place a try! I was in for a treat, not only did they refresh my hair with a cut , but they also colored my hair. They not only do hair, but nails, facials, waxing, lashes and more. I got a groupon for my haircut and was told my hair was too long and thick for the basic haircut so it will be an extra $20. They did not have a secretary to answer phones or greet people so my shampoo and haircut lady kept on stopping to help other people. All this can be excused if I had a great hair cut. I think pictures will show you I didn't.....
