I needed my gel nails removed. Walked in and waited around 10 minutes. Place was extremely crowded, which was expected and not big of a deal. I was seated and the chairs as well as the floor were filthy and sticky. Old pieces of nails laying underneath the table, lotion on table and lamps etc.
A dirty towel was placed under my hands and the nail technician started working on my nails. However every 3 minutes she received a phone call and we needed to pause, or she would walk away for 5 minutes and then returned. There was no apology or explanation, just felt like it was a normal thing to do.

The ambiance of the place is beautiful, they have massage pedicure chairs which is amazing. Kay did my manicure and she did an amazing job, gentle and did beautiful work. Mani and pedi were wonderful, highly recommend.

Came to this place for 2 pedicures for 4:45pm. I called last minute but they assured be they can accommodate us both at the same time. They told me to take a seat and I sat for 20 min until I had to get up and ask how much longer. She didn't make any eye contact and said "ummm maybe 15 min." Showed no care.. if you can't accommodate me, then tell me you are booked. Frustrating to drive here and be treated so carelessly. Zero customer service skills! Avoid this place.

2 starts only because of the nice environment. It was clean and well put together. My specific nail tech was another story. My cuticles were drilled to death, which I've never had done before. I'm still recovering. I was cut during my pedicure. The clear coat was all over my skin causing me to pull my skin away from the gel. Every single nail was stuck to the skin. I was told to stop moving multiple times when I turned my head to talk to my friend. Yea, everytime I come in here I regret it ..service is ok. But just seems somewhat unprofessional chaotic and just takes too long..got charcoal pedicure, says one hour..but been here and hour and a half and still not done..was gonna get a flower and watched her try twice and wipe it off and I said I was no longer interested...just everything about it is weird..my husband said this is the third time I've complained in last three visits..he said it's time to look for someplace new! I agree!

This place is ALWAYS running late; as much as half an hour or 45 minutes per service. I used to think maybe it was a late-in-the-day thing but it's not; even with an appointment AT the time they open they're still under-staffed, over committed, and not able to keep up.
The physical space is lovely; it's close to my house and the end product is always nice but it's on the higher end of local pricing and you literally have to allow 2x the time of going anywhere else.

Biggest joke of a nail place. Called 2 days ahead of time booked an apt for 5/9 @ 2:15pm with Trish the owner. Walked in at 2:05pm for my apt to be turned away for over booking. I'm sorry I called 2 days ago and made an apt the walk ins should have to wait. Biggest joke of a nail salon, looks pretty but no class!

I went to Sassy nails as I normally do. Scheduled a regular manicure and gel pedicure. Manicure was great, but for my pedicure Mina did not even put my feet in the water or take care of my nails. She charged me for a full pedicure, when she only put gel on my toenails and proceeded to tell me that I was done and went looking for the next client that walked in. Not professional, shouldn’t charge me for a full pedicure and not do it. Will not be coming back.

I have been a customer for years, they were good at first but the customer services has gone so far downhill it is amazing. This time i went in for a pedicure and when they filed down my toe nail they did it so hard that it left me with an open wound all along where they file touched my skin. It was so deep that i could insert some of my nail into it.
