Following the recommendation of several people, I called US Overhead Door this morning to repair a broken spring. Within a few hours the repairs were complete! Very professional and polite. Great price, super quick service & very nice guy! We'll definitely call him again if needed! Just my luck to have garage door spring break on a Sunday afternoon with the cars inside the garage.

Called when my garage door spring broke and spoke with Gary(owner). I explained to Gary that we had been breaking a spring every couple years so he came out and spent the time to weigh or door. He then was able to suggest a heavier duty spring which he installed for a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company and was lucky to find him when I need his help.

I called Gary and he returned my call in less than 10 minutes. He showed up EARLY (and called first to see if it was ok), which was awesome considering how many service people I have dealt with that have been hours late, don't call, etc.
He did a good job, lubricated everything at no extra cost, was $15 lower than the 5 other places I contacted, and he was in and out of here in 30 minutes. I highly recommend his service.

Very impressed with Gary and the service provided. He came within an hour of our call. He inspected, diagnosed and corrected the problem, and explained each step of the way. His prices were beyond fair for same day, evening service. I highly recommend him! He was awesome! We will be calling him if/when something goes wrong again!

Our very old garage door opener was from the pre-safety sensor age. We're in the process of selling the house and agreed to add a safety sensor as part of the conditions of the sale. Unfortunately the old opener was not able to just have a sensor added. We needed a new unit. Gary was able to do the job promptly and at a reasonable price. What a relief! We don't want to put a lot of $$$ into this house because we bought it at pre real estate market crash prices and we're selling it at post crash prices. The price quoted was the price charged, no surprises.

During our last round of subzero temps, my garage door became jammed halfway opened when a hinge broke.
