Garage door could not be lifted Saturday afternoon. Posted need on Action's web site. Repairman showed up Tuesday afternoon. Identified problem very quickly as a cable off the track. Fixed immediately. Explained why and how it happened. Cost was surprisingly low. Even better with the senior discount!

We recently had our garage door replaced and they did a great job. The old door was replaced with a beautiful metal door (non-insulated because of detached garage) that fit the house perfectly. When requesting a quote, Ron was prompt courteous and helpful. The installers were friendly and tested to make sure the safety equipment worked appropriately, which is need when you have a little one running around. Prices were fair and work was done quickly.

Atrocious. I can't begin to describe how inept the people this company sends out for repairs is. They can barely climb a ladder let alone fix anything. Try literally opened up my mechanical door's repair hatch and didn't see the motor. IT WAS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM. After they closed the hatch and said they couldn't find the motor, I climbed back up, opened the hatch and said, "LOOK". It was right in front of the open hatch, plain as day. A baby could have identified it. Not these guys.
